That's not too bad a ghetto. I'd call it more of a lower-class neighbourhood, but not the projects by any means. The people living here have front lawns, their own property. Bad housing projects are apartments and high rises where space is limited and a high concentration of poor people in a small area. Of course this is New Orleans, so you're probably gonna find crime anywhere u go anyways.
