Whats the different sirens mean again 1 is going to a scene one is coming back but whats the last one?

@tiggywiggytiger The first siren (wail) is a long distance tone, ideal for long country roads. The second and third tones (Yelp and Pier) are generally for busy 'enclosed' areas such as towns, junctions etc.

hi i work on the new sja ambulance. it is very nice but a few of us think it needs the air horn on it aswell.

Yeah, the siren is very nice. It should have an airhorn but it would be a lovely addition.
