i can get to SSS in easy and normal pretty easily but i dunno how many enemy's i can handle i know that with A&R and Rebellion i can get SSS and also with Nevan i still haven't unlocked Vergil

I simply made a mod using the right tools. It's complicated at first but later it's quite easy.

oh a mod, was it a mod for the PS2 or computer? (if there is DMC3:SE for computer, i never knew about it). also how did you make the mod?

Yes, there is a PC version of this game, there the graphics are even more impressive than on the PS2. So, to answer the modding question, it's only possible on the PC version.
