Does anybody else feel like Bryans' vocals are overpowered by the music on a lot of Olympia? Seems that way to me, but otherwise, I absolutely love this album...my other favorite being "Mamouna"

So much of it, thinks they have lot of takes, as I know this was from the

beginning a Roxy album, album was resting awhile when Ferry did the

Dylan album and the reworked it again. In my opinion the best Ferry/Roxy album

since seventies.

So glad to hear that bryan ferry stayed true to himself. All songs of the olympia-album have the intensity and depth of his older material,beautifully modernised to today's sound.

Bryan has always been,and always will be, one of the PUREST,and BEST singers EVER.

Thinks those recordings was in the beginning thaughts to be in a Roxy Music product, but they didnt go through with that ideas, instead Ferry makes his Dylan projects and finnished it as a solo projects. His last two studio albums with his own material is masterpieces both but in my dreams I will have one more album with Roxy, thinks Ferry, Eno, Manzanera and Mackay can do something really great! Great song! The first words of the song (the talking part) is really funny from finnish point of view. Translated it would be: ...to build a sauna... and then a pile of boards... It's really hard to hear it. I wonder why Ferry decided to use Finnish in the lyrics.
