@cinoevil again, the pff sound should not affect your throat.it should only include your lip movement,so you can do it breathing both inwards and outwards.

'Cos it's not a hi-hat. It's something I do to keep time - basically a kissing sound. I wasn't supposed to do it for this vid - I didn't realise I was until I edited it. Hard to break the habit I guess :p

Without thinking about it, I included a puckering lips sound that I do to help keep my timing. I didn't even realise until I uploaded :p

It's simple enough to do - between bars just pretend you're kissing a kitten.

Apart from that it's the absolute barest form of DILIH - I highly recommend adding a double kick here or there to make it more fun :)
