I don't think the person who posted this video will answer this...but how come the video didn't explain what you do as the one receiving the check. They didn't explain how to light your opponent up like a Christmas tree. They didn't explain what to do when you are the one lit up (that's when hockey is fun). Do you know why? And oh, if you pin someone against the boards and use your knee to hold them there, is it a penalty if you "accidentally" knee them in the b*lls?

when recieving a check yo should make yourself smaller and stay against the boarding because if you don't you actually get two hits one from player and one from boarding lolz and don't think you get penalty if you hit em in the balls because they normally got protection there make sure you don't hold the stick with two hands while checking though because thats a penalty

you'll actually get four hits, from the player, hitting the boards, hitting the ice and the ambulance hitting 60
