Desmond Tutu, Nelson Mandella, Winnie Mandella, Ronald Kasrils, the South African Union of Students and the South African Student Congress have all called Israel's policies and actions toward the Palestinians as apartheid. On Aug 4, the South African students stated “We lived apartheid, we suffered apartheid, we know what apartheid is, we recognize apartheid when we see it. And when we see Israel, we see a regime that practices apartheid.”

@NayNYC Moby wrote the song for Farmer, then after he saw the tremendous success Farmer had he decided to make his own version..but his version sucks compared to Farmer. Farmer was upset because she would have not released the song had she known Moby's SHADY plans...there was quite the controversy Moby later apologized as he was criticized on a newspaper for trying to Cash in Farmer's appeal without her knowledge.
@Lauschgiftsucht I've just heard that song and, well, I agree with you... I must say that it's 'suspiciously' similar. It's like one was the version of the other...
@glosolilion of course, Mylene will always be superior to Moby. I don't mind Mody making his own version, but he did it behind Farmer's back..and that was plain dirty. I lost respect for him.
Gracias Moby :)
Go to see a French Musical Flashmob on youtube : To Hand The Torch The Musical To Gare Haussmann Saint Lazare in Paris with the song of " moby - find my baby ".
Just discovered Moby. But you have been in my life all along. Your "appreciation" of long hallways, and the essence of travel - just didn't have a way to explain it. Now I do...
This work has encapsulated the moment when my mother breathed her last as I sat bedside with her. It was one of the most profound moments of my life. We all have our own demons. As Peter Gabriel wrote..."I have my fears, but they do not have me" (Up).
You know like you all I have been listening to Moby and his music for some time, and I always seem to take something away with me from doing so. Yea, we all like to think that a passage or lyric is special to us alone, but what I am trying to express in my middle class blue collar way is that Moby has never let me down, when i am sick and hurting he comes through, as I go through my treatments and hospitalization, his music keeps me going, I just wanna say thinks, I needed that.
It is outrageous that the media has forgotten about as bright as an artist Moby. While media attention is given to artists like Lady Gaga and company, a talented artist is left behind. It needs to be revised the concept of what is really an artist.
Moby is eminently inspirational in any genre whether it is his signature instrumentals, original remix styles ( hard to remix a Moby remix but few are qualified) and finally his seemingly rare vocals.
Few artists can inspire happiness and sorrow in the same tune as Moby.
If you're new to his body of work, listen to God Moving Over the Water, it is in numerous iterations and neither will disappoint.
Spine tinglingly brilliant! Instantly a great track, going to be a hit in my mind. Now waiting for it to hit one of the great TV shows that like to link such an emotional track to the episode..

Oh sweet Jesus...this song, this video, it makes me so aware of what life is and is not.
"the combination of these drugs has left her hopelessly lost..."
I work in a hospital with patients who are near the door of death, and watching how pain can slaughter the soul...
Moby is such a talent we are blessed to put into words and music what I can not say.

Christians tell us that there is good and evil. Two distinct and simple concepts, yet their books is anything but distinct and simple.
The reason I post this, is because this video makes the concept of good and evil seem a simple thing.
If theist can't agree on a simple thing as their bible than why should I believe!
