@neon6 How many is a few to you? Because from what I'm aware of we have: The Twins, The Evil Shoto's, Honda, Dudley, Rufus, Viper, Zangief, Dhalsim, and people still try to rock Dictator/Claw. That's 12 characters right there that are 'viable for tournament play', but anybody can do work if they're a good player. Yipes still repped Able for a little bit during AE and was still doing work, hell, Noah is what, 8 years old and he plays dictator and doesn't cry when he loses? Says something.

Not necessarily, it's just that akuma hasn't been documented engaging in any homosexual activity. So the only conclusion I can draw is that you yourself had a personal experience. And given akumas violent nature one can only assume the experience would be rape or something akin to rape. Now the likely hood of that being true is extremely low, but hey who knows -shrugs- me?
