well obviously for SNES, this level was changed from the original version, and as someone already mentioned, with level 16 fun and level 3 taxing, instead of "heaven" they used "paradise". also on level 24 taxing, they changed the word "death" to "terminate". i don't know if they changed anything else.
@adofri For this specific level, you need to get the SNES (Super Nintendo) version (This version also has 5 bonus levels). Otherwise, you can download the PC version online (it won't support Windows Vista or Windows 7 =/) or get it for the PSP, PS2, or PS3 (thru PlayStation Network).
ahhh good ol' lemmings, remind me of people who believe 100% in their own political party while dismissing everything the other side says even though it makes some sense. So they blindly follow their own political party agenda even though it can throw them right over a clif!
The cause of it being this instead of the 666 one probably has to do with Nintendo wanting to make it more family friendly. Because this was back when Nintendo went crazy with censorship.
"Look at all the sixes" was much easier then this too. You needed 66% of 66 lemmings you had 66 of everything, and 6 minutes to complete it.
What I love about this level (well "All the 6's") is that originally it was meant to be "All the 5's", but the designer couldn't make it have all the 5s... he couldn't work out how to get 55% save rate needed :D Can you? ;)
I'm playing the game again now and today I found out that this level is missing from my Windows version. I already knew I didn't have the special design levels, but I don't get why I don't have this one. Also, Fun didn't have We All Fall Down.
in the english version it's called all those sixes and was banned because of religious reasons, the whole level is 3 floating sixes, number of the beast or something stupid like that.
"Ohayo" is another form of saying "hello" in Japanese. It was probably removed, simply because America didn't want blatant Japanese in the game, on the off chance it...I dunno...confuse some people..(?)
It was America, and game companies liked to do localization changes, when they weren't needed.
she be coming down the mountain whe she comes, i have this in sega megadrive but idont know how to play it

Strange, I recall this level and the all the 6s one... at least the title.
Probably it's something of the european version.

44 out of 80 lemmings = 55%
sexquadragintilliona 4 years ago
In response, 55% of 55 lemmings is 30 lemmings saved out of 55 (55/2=27.5; 55/20=2.75; 27.5+2.75=30.25, rounded down to 30.)

I haven't played this game in years, but I just realized when you look at the level, it actally spells "Ohayo" in Hiragana.

lolz yea... that's funny. Hai
ikaricrime 4 years ago
The level's different in the original... it's three 6s instead of that stuff... why the change?
elpistachio 4 years ago 3
Probably because of Nintendo's censoring--they didn't allow any religious references in their games back then.
EssentiaFour 4 years ago 4
lol, censorship again... those concernered parents are real predators nowadays...

actually it was removed from several ports of game because of the title
