Some of my fellow old school gundam otaku pals hate wing, they call it "Gundam for women" since the shows targeted audiance was feamle viewers... But I liked wing, sure it was no where near as good as Gundam 0079, or Zeta Gundam but it sure as hell was better than Gundam Seed. Gundam Seed sucked so bad that Gundam creator himself Yoshiyuki Tomino called it "The shame of the gundam franchise."

Haha I cant believe you people! Having seen every gundam show ever made I can tell you that this is not the best gundam, Zeta Gundam was. Zeta Gundam had nudity, gory deaths, and a twisted destrubing ending, Hell even the creator of gundam yoshiyuki tomino himself said so... and thall shalt not question the king of mecha! Gundam wing was made primarliy for women. Tomino has stated this himself. Dont get me wrong Wing was good, But Zeta's bloody space battles and gore beat the hell out of wing

Its True, I admit. When ur kids u just don't understand all this talking and u only watch the fighting. But its the story that makes it so badass. Not to mention this gundam show is probably the only one not afraid to lose a gundam. I mean did u see how many time he tried to blow it up. Basically they only cared about the character and not the machine. Which makes the show more realistic. Not to mention these guys talk more realistic than all the other cheesy characters from other gundams.

P.S. I favor Macross Frontier above all else, the anime and the movies, the movies is like a remake of the entire show into two neat movies. The first movie is watchable and subbed. The second one you might have to wait a few months. The show itself is epic, and Music was beyond good.

It's more Rock n' Roll music now, with a The King of rock being the main character who believes in using musical methods to fight instead of guns. 3 out of 5 stars for me. It got really boring for 50 episodes.
