@LOLFML234 california adventures crowd visits were low, and some people kept saying that "Its because the park isnt disney themed enough" so they started taking out some non themed attractions and are now adding themed attractions. which is kinda odd, because its called CALIFORNIA adventure, not disney adventure. but i thin disney is doing fine with it's expansions :)

This ride took a lot of inspiration from The Haunted Mansion: The Doom Buggies are shaped like and move like the clamshell seats, and the variable mix of the music and everything is like the music on the Haunted Mansion.

@rocknrollhitler See my previous comment. The ride is being added to the Seaside/Beach land of the park. It fits into the aquatic theme.. It actually fits there more than it does in Fantasyland, which has more of a European storybook village theme.

As far as I can tell from the video, they make the items for the ride elsewhere (obviously, it would be silly to make them INSIDE the ride itself) and then move each piece in and construct it. The photo the man doing the smoothing of whatever that is isn't looking at a photo of a finished ride, he's looking at a digitally created image that he's supposed to match.

@dolbymandts Lol no, that "warehouse" is the unfinished show building right behind Paradise park. It's a completely indoor ride. All this footage was taken inside the building at Disneyland.
