Personally, I'm happy this is extending into 2012!

I mean, really... late-November/December is totally holiday time, and while I'm a diehard Fannarolla, these last few weeks have been preoccupied with finding my mom those terrier-slippers she won't quit about & mental preparation for calmly ignoring racist-Aunt Maud at the Christmas dinner table.

#22songs-in-2012 just means I'll get to enjoy them all firstrun, instead of cramming them in between stuffing & telling Maud to STFU.

I understand your point but these are people who choose to watch your amazing free content and make you as popular as you are and even create advertising opportunities for you. Maybe don't act so arrogant because people actually took your "challenge" seriously.

There's a difference between being encouraging, and being annoying, and I think that it's pretty clear to which end of the spectrum comments like "hurry the hell up" and "you're never going to finish" belong.

I respect my viewers enough to have a) tried my best b) posted explanations like these c) tried to uphold a standard of quality in my work. That same respect back, is all I ask.

If they didn't like you or care about your projects, they wouldn't post that comment. You should have more respect for your fans who care enough to post a comment.

I am just going to say that I don't like this "my videos are a gift to you" attitude as a response to ignorant comments. People are going to say stupid things, the rest of us love your content.

All I'm asking for is a little more respect for the fact that if things are going to be provided for free, at a certain standard of quality, then they are going to take time. And I am the only one that should have control over those timelines.

I'm happy if you like what you see and want more, but telling me to "hurry up" just does not bode well.

I once shot and edited a music video for a college class' final and it took me weeks of work. So, anyone who doesn't understand how much time and effort his videos take needs to try it for themselves and learn how difficult it is, especially if you're out to create quality videos like gunnarolla's.

I think some people are forgetting that music and video production are part of what he does professionally. Potential customers or employers may look at his work here when making hiring decisions. Posting assembly-line, cookie-cutter junk just to get things done quickly is not in his best interests.

Also, if he is anywhere near the sort of obsessive-compulsive perfectionist that I am, things with which he is not pleased would stick out like a sore thumb every time he logged in to YouTube.
