Phone or no phone, LS motors sound like shit no matter what exhaust you put on them. Lipstick on a pig. Exhaust note is all in the firing order. Gen III engines have way more power than the previous generation small block, with the drawback of a dismall exhaust note.

@jquin8054 I didn't buy my SS to race. I bought it because it sounds a shit ton better than a V6, will get to 60 in less than 4.7 seconds stock, and still gets reasonable MPG.
