@jaylang121 I used tanks and DESTROY ALL CARS cheat to complete vigilante faster. Here's how :

You need :

1. SPAWN RHINO cheat

2. DESTROY ALL CARS cheat

Spawn the RHINO, press up (PSP) get out of tank. Then use DESTROY ALL CARS cheat. Spawn the RHINO again and get in the RHINO to use it as a police vehicle (Coz you need to get back into a police vehicle) Repeat this. :)

no ur wrong the quad time trial was the easiest for me and the Sanchez was the hardest becuz it was so freaking long

I found the quad harder coz' the quad did some long drifts. Sanchez was easy coz' it had better handling.
