@kiamanda I love your idea but (I hope there aren't any spoilers in here since you already mentioned the second season...) the Troubles are always back before "Audrey", or "Lucy", or "Sarah" come back. And in the second season almost finale (the one that was way more epic than the actual finale) somebody (won't say who) tells her that "Lucy" managed to find out how all the troubles started.
Ok I have an idea I'd love to get a thought on if anyone is interested? I think that Audrey or "Lucy" may be the cause of the troubles. She's around in the 80's and all the troubles start then she disappears and it all stops. Comes back around and they seem to start again. In season two she finds out the troubles don't affect her.
It could be but weren't the troubles already in effect when Audrey arrived in Haven because it was the troubles that killed the guy she was investigating and she was run of the road by a crack which is being caused by a troubled person. But I could be wrong and I like your idea!!! :)
I think she may have something to do with them. If she's Lucy reliving over and over again and they don't affect her then she must have something to do with them. It seems they come and go as she does. When they start up again she comes back so maybe she's not the cause per say but in a way she's connected

@kaiamanda hmmm another theory: what if audrey is that special somebody who's able to solve the troubles? i'm quite new to this series and have just watched a few eps fr s1, but she seems to be doing a gd job finding solutions so far...like she's haven's guardian angel or something... c: just a suggestion...and thx blackcat509 for posting all these! <3
