depends on where your 190 is at...
i'd prob start out with some handstands - straight legs, then work on some wall pushups, then maybe a few of these face breakers

Weight doesn`t really matter, it`s some what relative. It`s hard for anyone who can`t do a decent handstand, and even for people that can do decent handstands

This kid is incredibly strong. I'll bet that he eats ALL of his vegetables without sniveling about it AND skips the desert!!
