I don't know what all the positions are called but people are still being impressed by them. Hey Tara great vid, wish I had an outdoor pole!! For the shouldermount flip I find it easier if you flip over the other side, it doesn't twist your arm in the same way :) Glad ur back making vids again!

I loved your shouldermount hooking the knee on!........... I will have to practise this, it looked fab! :o).......... the only way I can get that type knee hook is from Ayesha, which is such a pain lol!.......... will be good if I can manage to get this way, it gives an alternative way for me.......... thanks for posting, I always love watching your videos, Joel is right, when we started up I was always quoting a move from the 'girl in the garage' :o)

--the Tammy (or inverted thigh hold)...but I liked how you came at it from the shoudler mount and PUNCHED out the three extende limbs at the same time...it was an energetic flourish...NICE! What's the name of the outside armed Brass variation at 2:58 ? I LOVED that...and the transition back to the traditional Brass. The Cupid to Genie was flawless and fast--nice job. I loved this performance, Tara...you are as beautiful and charismatic as ever...and still Britain's first princess of Pole!

I'm so excited that you've finally got a pole set up that I'm about to pop out of my skin!! Hooray for portable stage poles. Your opening pole walk arounds and pirouettes were splendid...you really made the most out of that platform! I really liked the 00:29 extended leg version of the Gemini...you got the legs perfectly parallel. And the way you tossed yourself up into the Gemini straightaway at 1:54 was so fast, furious, and graceful! At 2:48 , you did one of my favorite moves...
