  • The first time I heard this song was in a video about a fox who wanted to fly. If you want to see what I mean, check here: /watch?v=XIsLZuc0jQg It'll show you just how sad this song can be. T^T

  • @Bluerose09 omg.i watched that yeaaaaars ago.it still makes me tear up!!im so glad i suddenly remembered it.

  • It might have a creepy sense beneath it, but if you ignore the creepy part, you can actually find it quite mysterious, playful at 0:38, or relaxing :D !!!!!!!!!!!! I like this a lot!

  • this song is so calming.... ^_^

  • @kirakiralovely2014

This is a creepy song man! Well maybe woman, I wouldn't know... But it doesn't seem to have a creepy sense to you?! Like listen to this is the middle of the night XD But na, this songs seems creepy to me, before I knew the "fake" lyrics :P

  • i love it its verry niceeeeeee

  • one of the top comments is useless, let's make this 2nd top comment, ironic isn't it?

  • Such a cute song. ^_^

  • STOP ARGUING ABOUT THE LANGUAGE.

  • Guys, it's been said that this language is just a made up language, which is what the composer does a lot.

  • This doesnt sound a bit like Japanese -_-

  • @ChroniclesOfHigherAi lol its because its not

  • @13scarlett13 Yeah thats the point i was trying to get across. XD

  • Why does this sound french?

  • @lekkimsm2500 This sounds NOTHING like French.... probably more like Russian than French.

  • @MTVforum It's Japanese..

  • @ikkejr It's actually stated that it's a made up language. Like the composer of this song usually does with music.

  • @MTVforum Okay, awesome, i did not know, thnx! :D

  • @MTVforum

    That's not russian either/

  • @Vasilevus I never said it is. I said that before French, it would SOUND like Russian.

  • @lekkimsm2500 It does'nt even sound a little bit like French xD it's Japanese

  • ending of "Sousei No Aquarion" :)

  • CREEPY AND WEIRD SONG BUT AT THE SAME TIME IT IS INTERESTING.

  • CREEEpyy

  • bella e ame mi piace

  • sounds a little creepy

  • sounds like a curse imo lol

  • The language of the lyrics is called GABRIELA, a language spoken in no countries and with no meanings at all.

  • It's nice that there's FINALLY a translation, but still...what language is she speaking? :/

  • @Chiimokosan I think latin.

  • @Chiimokosan Combination of several languages. Its not actually one language.

  • @lance43 Ah, I see. Then was the translation from Yui directly?

  • Halta de manna, cinca de manna, horahoraho… Horto prier, blos d'ita, Omna magni… Crietros, strientropo, horahoraho… Altinique, ortono, floen d'ermanita… (Aiho dertameno hiha) Miha trava lafladitu… (Aiho dertameno hiha) Plient, plient, plientu hora… (Halta de manna, cinca de manna) Horahoraho… Horto prier, blos d'ita, Omna magni… (Halta de manna, cinca de manna) Cripar intari… Aquarion, Aquarion…

  • I've heard this somewhere.... Where the hell have I heard it... O_O....

I find it really creepy... And nice >D

  • @AkatsukiCerberus it's the ending for an anime called Aquarion. You can watch it on the Funimation Channel (Cable, Youtube, or website)

  • @Mannfreid Aquarion...?

Never heard of it, but now that you've told me about it, I think I'll check it out xDD

    Thank you~! :P

  • nyaaa que canción tan más bonita!!! ^^

    It's sooooo cute <3

  • This is my cat's favourite song ^^

  • @Nutarei lol i gonna try this on my cat 2 :P

  • @judelrz Lol did it work? ;)

  • GUYS ITS LATIN

The reason your not recognizing it is cause its a dead language.

  • @MisoAmazingness No, it's not. I have 2 friends that speak latin. This is, Like greenbird, a language Yoko made up. It is though, based off a few languages.

  • NO REAL WORDS! SO NO DAMN LYRICS!

  • @alyssajanelx3 Actuaaallly... it's possible for it to be translated...

Ever head of a poem called "The Jabberwocky" by Lewis Carroll? The whole thing is pretty much nonsense words, but can still be translated.

And this is based of many languages, so you could guess, from the word in each language it's closest to.

    Confusing.

  • do i have to know this song?/where is it from?(anime or something?)

  • @snake1143 It's from an Anime called Aquarion. It's really good anime, ke.

  • is this Latin??

  • @BlackCat26662 wow hahahah

  • Why does this song remind me od DMX - Where the hood at? :D

  • @unknownsoldier37 because of ZOMG ZUFALL! number 1114 :D

  • It's a language inspired by latin, but it's -not- latin. It's Kajiura's own "jibberish" that she frequently uses in songs; much in the same way Yoko Kanno does.

  • @insanentity this song was composed by yoko kanno

  • 0:40 Meow! :D

  • Comment removed

  • Wahhh....it hard to learn Latin!!!!!!

  • It's probably Gablish[Yoko Kanno's made-up language], not Latin.

  • interesting. very unique

  • it's from a purer form of latin, the words look wierd but it's latin....

  • Her voice is very unique, I like it. :)

    And it's a pretty song too. ^^

  • its esperanto

  • so love her voice

  • Im guessing latin.

  • @DuskyLyon Japanese. =)

  • @Larah1 If that person who had the highest rated comment made the lyrics correctly, it translates to latin l:

  • doesn't know what she singing but she have a wonderful voice

  • what anime is this from?

  • @GZer04u Aquarion

  • Omna Magni (Translation) Lizard's tail Dew in the night Silent night Sunlight A drop of mermaid's tear The shadow of dead people The pain of living people The joy of darkness The madness of light Let us become one Let's engulf ourselves in a beautiful lace (Altadimana Cinqadimana) By an edge of the shadow I'm pulled into darkness I gave a scream (Altadimana Cinqadimana) I'm crazy because of the Silence Aquarion, Aquarion
  • @octoberXIII what language is it translated from?

  • @Nutarei it's the mix of varied languages. She just randomly puts it together and it sounds beautiful.

  • bellissimo ♥♥♥

  • This song makes me smile and marvel. It also makes me look over my sholder to make sure no shadows are stalking me.... *shiverrrrr*

  • Since I watch Aquarion on tv every night I've caught on and i can almost replicate her voice. mine isnt as pure because i cant replicate someone elses voice, but i have the pitch and lyrics down :3

  • her voice is so innocent and soft I love it!!!

  • does anyone else find this song almost 2 catchy O.o

  • lol i comment on my previous comment. that was a compliment so noone take offence.

  • I swear this girl is a witch....>.> singing her enchanting words. behind those beuatiful innocent eyes is evil. just sugar coded.

  • lol! x D This IS a language. This is Latin! :D

  • @Chiimokosan

I speak and read Latin, and this doesn't sound even vaguely of Latin.

  • @kabutostoy x D lol, I'm not fluent so don't take me seriously. Maybe she has an accent or something. The reason I posted it was because I put it onto google translate, and it said they can't translate Latin. :D So I just assumed it was Latin.

  • @kabutostoy Its like a mix of latin and another language

  • does this got a full version? this song doesn't even make 100 second, that is shooooooooooooooooooorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • idrc if i can't understand, it sounds mysterious and nice... :)

  • Creepy language is creepy.

  • i love this song

  • it sounds like a mix of languages. I hear latin, and japanese. And I think a little of romanian? oh well I think that its gibberish ( meaning made up language )

It's Yoko Kanno, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's just plain gibberish. She likes doing that.

  • its actually a made up language i believe using software =_=

  • Am I the only one who thinks that it sounds a little bit ominous?

  • @UltimateSouffle Your not the only oneO___o

  • this is such a sad and beautiful song. it doesnt matter what the lyrics mean.

you just need to feel it

  • Found this a short while ago: Omna Magni (Translation) Lizard's tail Dew in the night Silent night Sunlight A drop of mermaid's tear The shadow of dead people The pain of living people The joy of darkness The madness of light Let us become one Let's engulf ourselves in a beautiful lace (Altadimana Cinqadimana) By an edge of the shadow I'm pulled into darkness I gave a scream (Altadimana Cinqadimana) I'm crazy because of the Silence Aquarion, Aquarion The lyrics are in Japanese in the booklet
  • shit!!! is there like ANY freakin translation of this???

  • Eine Musikerin aus meiner Jugend

  • Very nice. Thanks for the upload. ^^

  • The name of this language is literally Omna Magni. Its a language created by the writer of Aquarion.

  • She seriously has like, the cutest and sweetest voice ever. Like an angel.

  • Its a combination of Latin, Greek and the romantic languages

  • its latin i asked a couple of my teachers and they agreed it was latin, dont start leaving nasty comments on me tho just cuz u think its something else.

  • It isn't any language...the words don't really have meaning. It's just made up.

  • bit scary

  • its german. x x

  • portugues ? probably not latin american !

  • wat anime did i get this from one it's gonna kill me till i find it 0_o

  • @NyriaMarbeu aquarion

  • @spazzattack10 omg thank you lol

  • @NyriaMarbeu

that last part of the song tells you the name of the anime... its a good one too.. I saw years ago.. when I lived in Japan.. Just found it again here in America.... its called Aquarion

  • reminds me a but of the caroline music.

  • @thegirlwthecatears It really does!!!

  • Her voice is so cute! Like a child.. I love it :)

  • wat language is this??

  • @NothingXMuch101 - it's a mix of languages.

  • How can i get this song?

  • There WAS an english "translation" given in the textbook of the CD, but try as hard as you might there is no way to pull it on the lyrics...

Sorry, but this is the best sounding gibberish I have ever heard...

  • This Really Reminds Me Of Roads Song/Melody From D-gray man For Some Reason ^^

  • I read that Yoko Kanno created a completely made-up language for this song. So you can write out lyrics, but there's no "correct" version, or a translation really, unless she wrote that out too. It's gibberish.

  • I'm sorry folks, but I'm calling bullshit on your attempts at transliteration, translation or transwhatever.

  • i wonder what is the meaning of the song hmm

  • It reminds me of the Coraline song. *A*

  • Yeh XD

  • Comment removed

  • @GuacamoleKun xD It does!

  • it's so hypnotic @_@?

  • 00:38 to 00:59 makes this song awesome. It completely changes the feel of the song, and adds an innocence to it, which describes the animé almost perfectly, when you consider that the elements are all children.

  • uooooo en que idioma esta?jjejejeje

  • Hey cuando lo averigues avisa xD

  • this song reminds me of a jewellery boxXD

it gives the creeps abit though....:)

  • an ancient Lemurian language

  • Comment removed

  • hmm, doesnt sound like any language but I SO LOIKE IT

  • you are right, it is not any language human use any where in this world. She created it. but I agree with you it is totally cool. and sounds great

  • @iokone What !?!?!?!?!?!?

  • @amangonecrazy don't worry about it....technically it's gibberish. she took latin and a few other languages and mixed them together, so really it's just her own language. it's pretty cool though.

  • @BloodxOfxBlack I like how the song is gibberish yet people insist on putting up lyrics :P

  • @rinkokoto lol i'd like to seee how they even got lyrics

  • Also I think this was used as the ending song in the anime Aquarion.

  • This is Gibberish it isn't a language, unless any one else knows.

  • Halta de manna, cinca de manna, horahoraho Horto prier, blos d'ita, Omna magni Crietros, strientropo, horahoraho Altinique, ortono, floen d'ermanita (Aiho dertameno hiha) Miha trava lafladitu (Aiho dertameno hiha) Plient, plient, plientu hora (Halta de manna, cinca de manna) Horahoraho Horto prier, blos d'ita, Omna magni (Halta de manna, cinca de manna) Cripar intari Aquarion, Aquarion

  • @spruzzenflower thats no the song is

  • @jaurese123

I love this song! Thank for the lyrics :D

  • this sounds like ling ling from drawn together o_O

  • @Derkessl ;; Omfg it does. xDD Lmao~

  • this is a cute lil song..i like it :)

  • what language is this?

  • Latin

  • Actually, it's a mix of different languages...

If you listen, there's a bit of English and possilby french and romanian xD

But the language Yoko usually uses is based on phonetic sounds only, so you can interpret the lyric however you like ^^

  • 架空の言語"ガブリエラ語"です。

    Imaginary language "Gabriela word" is.

  • just to make it clear. Yoko Kanno didn't write the lyrics, she composed the music and produced the song.

Gabriela Robin wrote the lyrics, and she always writes the lyrics for Yoko's songs.

Some people believe that Gabriela is actually Yoko Kanno, but that might be false. Even if she is Yoko, the lyrics that don't make any sense are always written by "Gabriela Robin."

  • at 1:22 is my fav part because of the vibration she puts in her voice, if she would do that in the rest of the song it would be even better than it is now, which is near impossible! ^^

  • Aquarion is a very good series.

  • agreed although it was rediculous how when it first came out just about everyone and their dog on ANN was bashing the shit out of it while only a few were giving it some positive notes

  • Lizard's tail Dew in the night Silent night Sunlight A drop of mermaid's tear The shadow of dead people The pain of living people The joy of darkness The madness of light Let us become one Let's engulf ourselves in a beautiful lace By an edge of the shadow I'm pulled into darkness I gave a scream I'm crazy because of the Silence Aquarion, Aquarion
  • Omna Magni is in a made-up language by Yoko Kanno, so how you've managed to find lyrics is beyond me. They're probably not legit anyway.

  • @Drahgma Good Translation LOL.

  • her voice is like a cute baby =) .. i love it :D

  • a cute baby singing a creepy eerie song its rlly coool!lol

  • awwh i saw her at NYAF :D she was so cute :D

  • i like how she sings but the song is a little scary

  • okay, I don't know about y'all...but I got something about cinco de mayo or something and flying trouble/truffles.

  • Actually.... it's all a bunch of made up words... complete jibberish nonsense~<3 It's her style... it's so cute isn't it?

  • Sorry Miss, but I'm certain its a mixture of Latin, English and several others.

  • your right it is

  • Nope. It is jibberish. It does not directly translate into any language. I wikipedia-d it.
