@vtp136 I couldn't speak technically about the difference, though I can tell you will definitely notice. It's like going from a standard def TV to a high def TV. The E2 is probably one of the best things I have ever owned. Cheap, sounds great, easy to use, versatile. Only problem is that it has no screen, and therefore you cannot create playlists and search for songs alphabetically as far as I know.

@vtp136 It might have folder skipping, I haven't tried it yet. It does for sure have shuffle and a thing called EBE, which is essentially an equalizer with like 10 different presets like bass enhancers, settings for quiet songs etc. that really bring certain qualities out of the track you're listening to. Sound control is a little above average. It's nothing revolutionary but it isn't bad in any way. I should get paid for this lol.

@ba6a1992 I use 4shared.com to get my music. As for the music interface I use the Cowon cmc JetAudio Media Center. Its the equivalent of iTunes and you can download it on Cowon's website.
