@unis2222 I just got a PM from another you tuber about some bug on you tube restricting characters to 200. And about some other bug that I haven´t read about yet. And that you tube is working on it. So that hopefully explains whatever happened here that made it impossible for me to answer you before.
@katnils Why are you choosing to answer what you think you can answer, rather than answering all the questions I put across.
How I find your page a discrimination, well it's because how to single out a certain group (Islam) rather than be general in your responses, wouldn't you say that's discrimination?
@unis2222 What are the questions I haven´t answered? Is it something that makes any difference? I mean there is not much point in me answering anything about thermodynamics for ex. The laws are there to read anywhere for anyone who is interested. There is also not much point going on about any ultimate causes when there is no one who knows anything about that.
@katnils If there's no point talking about thermodynamics, and you say, 'nobody can prove anything' in this topic. Why have we even be conversing? , I don't understand you, Why do you even bother?
@unis2222 I didn´t say that no one can provide you with answers about thermodynamics! I said there´s no point in discussing it since the laws state what they state and they are there to be found anywhere you like. If you have a problem with them write your own peer reviewed scientific publication and make yourself famous by knowing something that physicists have missed. Namely that you know things that violates the laws.
@unis2222 How am I a hate monger? Is it suddenly hateful to question and criticise anything in your religion? Or to answer what Muslims write to me? How is that hateful? Should everyone just be polite and nice whatever arrogance Muslims come up with against people outside Islam or whatever lies that is used to promote Islam?
@unis2222 There are extremists in all groups. But since the fundamentals of religions differ very much there are also very different outcomes from extremism. I would hardly be worried by an extremist Jain. The more fundamental a Jain is the less the rest of the world have to worry about him/her. That is obviously not the case with extremist Muslims.
@katnils What I'm trying to say is that according you to you, that every one is suffering due to Islam. or just say 100 % of the problem is because of Islam.
@unis2222 When have I said that 100 % of problems is due to Islam? You are getting more and more absurd. Don´t you have any intelligent questions to ask me?
@unis2222 Why? Because Islam is the religion that is the current biggest threat to democracy, freedom, equality and human rights. Is that not enough reasons?
@unis2222 Your PHYSICS teacher Lawrence (oops, DOCTOR!!) doesn't seem to realize the difference between "process tending to CHAOS" and "ENERGY transferring from ORDERED state to DISORDERED state"!!!
@unis2222 When an ENERGY gets "TRANSFERED" (and NOT "BECOMES") from ORDERED to DISORDERED state, there is more ORDER brought into the DISORDERED state!! Ex: Heat flowing into COLD to make it WARMER!!
@rationalindian10 ----"Unless there is a greater control over a process, the process tends to CHAOS"!!!
What he should have stated is that a process increases chaos (entropy) in a closed system. And that to increase the order it takes work from the outside of the system. And he also claim that chaos (entropy) is in fact not increasing in the universe. Something physisist do not agree with him on at all.
@katnils First of all, this idiot Laurence got the whole definition of ENTROPY abso-fuckin-lutely WRONG!!! In a natural system, the Heat travels to colder bodies. If the reverse has to happen
@katnils an (i.e. Heat travelling to Hot bodies), EXTERNAL FORCE is needed!!! One thing he fails to link is the 2nd law of thermodynamics with the 1st law!! So, ENTROPY eventually cancels out!!
@rationalindian10 You´re right about that one. He does probably doesn´t even remember the first law of thermodynamics. Creationists seldom do. But it isn´t just that. Because he also claims that entropy isn´t increasing in the universe. And he probably also thinks that anything that goes to higher order is violating this law. When in fact when something goes to higher order something else is at the same time going to increased disorder.
@katnils In a CLOSED SYSTEM, the NATURAL flow of ENERGY is from ORDERLY to DISORDERLY. And if ENERGY has to flow from DISORDERLY to ORDERLY, EXTERNAL ENERGY is needed.
@katnils When ENERGY goes from an ORDERLY STATE to a DISORDERLY STATE (NATURAL FLOW in a CLOSED SYSTEM), the DISORDERLY STATE becomes more ORDERLY and the ORDERLY STATE becomes more DISORDERLY!!
@rationalindian10 Wow. You are learning some thermodynamics all by yourself :-) That´s good to know to understand what creationists talk about and where they misunderstand or willfully lie about entropy.
I mean they can´t seriously not have encountered people who have tried to explain where they are going wrong so why they keep repeating the crap about the second law of thermodynamics being violated is a mystery.
@rationalindian10 There should also definetely ring a bell inside the head of a doctor when he is presented with an idea of a law of physics being violated no matter if he remembers anything from physics or not. He has been trained enough in critical thinking in his education to not fall for that without checking anything up. Or willfully repeat a myth. I don´t know what to believe.
@katnils Physics was actually one of my favourite subjects during my schooling days, especially about Universe. I used to wonder "If the Universe is inside a ball, what is outside the ball?!"!!
@katnils BUT our DOCTOR Laurence thinks that when ENERGY flows from ORDERLY STATE to DISORDERLY STATE, ENERGY itself becomes DISORDERLY and hence CHAOS!! Even Dr.ALBAN is better than this DOCTOR!!
@katnils For ex: To make Heat travel to Hot bodies instead of Cold. But from where does this EXTERNAL ENERGY to force the reverse ENTROPY come from? A MORE ORDERLY state!! Laurence forgets this!!
@katnils The only place where the CREATIONISTS/THEISTS and SCIENTISTS agree 100% is in 1st law of thermodynamics: "Energy is neither created nor destroyed" :-)
@rationalindian10 Apparently he has decided that the formation of stars is a sign that entropy is not increasing. Creationists make up their own rules about science you see.
@rationalindian10 Besides that the word "work" in physics have nothing to do with any "controller" like he claims. Thermodynamics is hard to get anyway without any doctor totally warping the concepts around and claiming that laws of physics are violated; "Science contradicting science".
@katnils Tell me how do the physicists apply the laws against the possibility of a Creator. How do these laws actually conclude to the absence of outside influence in any given system?
@unis2222 What nonsense are you talking? Have I ever claimed that there are any laws that "conclude the absence of any outside influence in any given system"?
If you want to claim that there is such an influence from something else than natural laws then it is your job to provide the evidence for that if I will even have a chance to claim something like that.
@katnils How was it nonsense, what are you talking about nonsense. The nonsense is that you have the audacity to claim the opposite of the doctor, Your in the same boat, don't try to play games
@unis2222 Oh I have the "audacity to claim the opposite of the doctor"! How arrogant! I forgot that in the Muslim world authority is right whatever they say. And if you´re not authoritative you don´t have any capacity to find out anything for yourself! So of course I shouldn´t oppose a DOCTOR who claims he knows better than physicists about physics! How very arrogant of me.
When rereading your comments I realise that you have misunderstood me. When I say that the doctor is wrong about saying that the second law of thermodynamics is observed to be violated and that this in some way is shown by some "science contradicting science" I never said that there are any proves for that no creator exists.
I simply said that he is wrong in his claims and that this is to falsely produce contradictions that are meant to provide false evidence for a creator that is intervening in what is happening in the universe.
He doesn´t even realise the implications of what he says. That if a law of physics was contradicted by science it would not be an evidence of the existence of any god. it would just mean that the law would need to be revised, because it was wrong.
@unis2222 It is not discrimination to simply see that there are gigantic problems within a certain religion. What is discriminating about that? Even intellectually honest Muslims like for ex. Zuhdi Jasser sees this.
It would for ex be a big fat lie to say that Buddhism and Jainism and Islam have much of their ideologies in common and that, when generalising the members, they all have equally peaceful members who are equally tolerant to people outside the religion
and let others decide about their own lives and believes equally. It would simply be a lie to say that religions all create the same things and the same kind of members.
Is it discriminating to just recognize that this is how it is?
@katnils See you don't understand the questions, I put to you that, singling out a group is an form of discrimination on your part, because you believe all religions should seize to exist!
@unis2222 There is no discrimination involved in saying that there are huge problems within the Islamic world with violations of human rights, with people even threatening or retaliating against there own family members to keep them in place in Islam. And that a majority of Muslims consider their religion to belong in politics to opress others with. It is simply facts and I have no idea how I am being discriminating by saying it like it is.
@katnils If you believe it to be a valid claim then what's with the insult, sarcasm etc.. I really don't think you know the meaning of arrogance. Look it up, get enlightened.
Seriously. Someone is scrambling the comments all around for me before I get a chance to see them and answering them. I just got glimpses of you accusing me of running away from the conversation.
I simply can´t answer you anymore. Someone is scrambling the comments around here before I get a chance to see them. A very inventive way of making it hard to have a conversation.
30 athiest who can't handle the truth. The truth is in the Quran . maybe if you people actually read it instead of basing your opionion on media or some other persons point of view you wouldn't be so fuckin ignorant
@Hkhan23 What truth? Why should anyone buy that something is the truth just because you say so? It doesn´t work that way. It almost always takes to be born to Muslim parents and to be told horror stories of an angry Allah and hells fire and such stuff in childhood to be scared enough to be able to buy that Islam is the truth. Almost no one else sees it as anything else than just another religion and mythology. In the same way as you view religions you don´t believe in.
@katnils I'm guessing you haven't read the Quran for yourself. You cannot deny the fact that the big bang theory is mentioned in the Quran, You cannot deny the fact that the world being round and not flat is mentioned in the Quran, and both theories being proven 1000 years after the Quran had been written??? Do you deny what is written in there? or let me guess that it just a misinterpretation. when 100's of scholars have confirmed this.
@Hkhan23 I have read some in the Quran. I find it too boring as a religious scripture to read all of it. There are a lot more interesting religious scriptures than a scripture that repeats over and over the greatness of Allah, about Allah's anger and wrath over people who don´t believe in Mohammad being a prophet and about what actions that are demanded or forbidden by Allah for him to not burn people. Lots of people have read all of the Quran without believing in it.
@Hkhan23 I can absolutely deny that there is anything about the big bang written in the Quran and that there is anything written in it that no humans knew before Mohammad. You have to want to believe in Islamic propaganda and to not look at what a verse really says and doesn´t say anything about and what people actually knew at the time when Mohammad lived to buy the crap about pre scientific knowledge in the Quran.
@Hkhan23 Mohammad also repeated the misunderstandings in knowledge that existed in his time. Islam is a faith, without any evidence for it to be true, like every religion on this planet.
I don´t care what anyone choose to have faith in. But don´t make up arrogant claims about evidence when no such exists.
The background with Islamic propaganda using carefully chosen quotes out of context of what western scientists said in the eighties is also well known to anyone who is interested in the truth to come from some gathering in Saudi Arabia, if I don´t remember it wrong. Where Muslims had invited western scientist under the false premises (or perhaps partly true) that they were concerned with that Muslims didn´t want to accept science because they thought it contardicted Islam.
So perhaps they could come and convince Muslims that science is not against Islam? Many happily did. And was presented with verses from the Quran and did their best to confirm that no, this was not against science. They had no idea that their quotes would be used to "prove" that Islam is scientifically proven in some way. That was necer what they meant to say. They thought they were there to help Muslims accept science.
There was a Dr. Moore, if I don´t remember the name wrong, who got a very nice book contract also in the Islamic world where his book on biology is used and where he writes about quranic verses also in the book and how science confirms the quran. (It of course doesn´t in all aspects. But if you get a nice book contract this doctor obviously didn´t have any problems with the truth).
@Hkhan23 Without taking a lot of time to go into lots of details about Mohammad repeating knowledge, including the things they got wrong, at the time he lived, I just want to say what the fuck has a quote from the quran about the earth got to do with the big bang? The earth is supposed to be about 4,5 billions of years old and the big bang is supposed to have happened around 13,7 billion of years ago. The earth was obviously not there when the BB happened.
@Hkhan23 And I also want to show you a you tube video that can just give you a broader perspective on Islamic myths about scientific "proves" for Islam to be true. That you have to want to buy them to be able to buy them. Check out:
"Holy Hallucinations" by the you tuber "TheLivingDinosaur"
@katnils why are you even here? we obviously have different belief systems. so go mind your own business. seriously go watch richard dawkins videos and jerk off to him after.
@Hkhan23 Why? Look at the headline of the video and you might get a clue. And I started to answer some things that the doctor said since he calls atheism illogical without giving any good explanation for it. Then others like you started to make comments to me about other things. Don´t I have a right to answer it? Are you some closed sect that just have a right to make claims and stupid comments about people outside your sect but no one has a right to answer it?
@Hkhan23 I mind my own business the day all theists starts to not bother others with arrogance and by oppressing others with their favourite mythology.
@katnils no obligations, just shows your ignorance in the matter, and how is it logical (you love the term, but its beyond you) for somebody like yourself to not have studied the Quran or anything regardless and comment as if you have studied the subject your whole life. There goes the claim that you ONLY reject claims, what a lie, and I really thought you might be the first atheist in the world to be unbias, (far from the truth). What do you know about the whole DR Moore scenario?
@unis2222 You wrote one message to me that is not showing here for some reason. I will however answer it. No I don´t find any problems at all to reject a claim about a negative.
@unis2222 Unfortunately I don´t remember the rest of your questions in this message and the message doesn´t show here so I can´t answer the erst of it.
@unis2222 Dr Moore? I know he has different editions of a book in biology for the Islamic world and the rest of the world. To please Muslims and get a nice book contract.
@unis2222 Or to see that there are lots of myths about "proves" for Islam to be true that just doesn´t hold a second when looking at the claims and the verses they refer to in the Quran.
@katnils Why are you going to religion, when you don't believe in a 'Creator', what's the point were not gong to get anyway. Unless you like to ramble on.....
@katnils I asked you the question 'what's your agenda?' and I found the answer on your channel page. Your page stinks of hypocrisy, discrimination and arrogance.
@unis2222 My agenda? I started to answer some arrogant claims about atheism from this doctor in the video. Then I have answered comments to me from others. Is that not enough as an agenda? Should atheists be nice and silent about religious arrogance and lies used to promote a religion?
In what way does my page stink from hypocrisy, discrimination and arrogance?
@katnils 1) I never said a law was violated, it was a question for you to answer, without success. From all your comments I came to the conclusion that you can't answer that question (so there is no point to continue), because you admit you don't know what the 'caused' is, ( I respect you for your honest).
@katnils2)How can you or any athetist reject ( or at least arrogantly mock) a claim when you said you yourself, you have NO knowledge of the 'Cause'. That is a lie when you say Atheism is JUST a rejection, they too want to ram their version of events down lay peoples throats,agree?.
Fair enough you may not believe in the concept of a 'Creator',but unbiasly do you believe it to be a plausible claim (or even a possibility)?
p.s you have no right to criticise (remember you don't know the cause)
@unis2222 OK. At least for the moment there is no scrambling of comments going on here now. Wow! I got the right to write 500 signs back!
OK. Yes I see a possibility of a creator. But I don´t see a reason to believe in any as long as no creator gives any sign of existing.
Here again you mention that I don´t have a right to criticise if I don´t know the cause. So if I say that the Flying Spaghetti Monster has created us you don´t have a right to question and critisise my hypothesis?
@unis2222 An answer for me to question? Well if you want to claim that any law of physics is violated it is definetely you who need to show a case for it. You actually need to make a peer reviewed scientific publication and let it be scrutinised by other scientists in the usual way before you have any case for claiming to know that any law of physic is violated. It is definetely not me who need to show anything at all.
@Hkhan23 The reason to why I get upset by this video is that I just can´t stand intellectual dishonesty where science is perverted to promote a religion. It retards the whole Islamic world and makes Muslims very arrogant since gullible Muslims actually believe in lies about pre scientific knowledge in the Quran and in people like this Dr. who just burps perversions of science. And he can´t seriously be so stupid that he actually thinks he challenge atheists by perverting science.
Here´s some examples for you and then you tell me if this is the best man who has ever lived and the best example for how to live as Muslims claim. And if it is strange that Apostates and other non believers and critiques of Islam and Mohammad are threatened and killed by Muslims.
Quran 8:12: “I will instill terror into the hearts of the unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off.”
@katnils 1. You can't speak about something you aren't informed with. You claim that Quran has no evidences, but you never searched for them. Atheists often talk like "Who created God?", I say "God's only pure perfection and he has no creator", and I ask you, who created the Earth? You say "Nobody", so basically same answer. The fact that you firstly searching out for the verses from Quran talking about killing is the evidence that you have prejudices and you are full of hatred.
"You claim that Quran has no evidences, but you never searched for them."
I´ve seen several sites with long stories about what Quran verses REALLY mean. If you twist them enough and read between the lines enough and don´t mind that no one interpreted the verses like this before it was known through science that this is how it is. Plus there are plain lies written about that Mohammad is supposed to have said things that no one else at the time had any knowledge about
Are these retarded claims the "evidence" in the Quran you talk about? Are these claims the ones you mean make up "evidence" that makes Islam not requireing any faith like all other religions? Then I´m surprised it takes intellectual dishonesty, gullability and indoctrination to be able to see the so called evidence. That is not the meaning of the word evidence in any other situation. Then you have made the word evidence mean something totally new.
"The fact that you firstly searching out for the verses from Quran talking about killing is the evidence that you have prejudices and you are full of hatred."
Not at all. There´s nothing strange with searching for the reasons to why Islam creates so many oppressive and mad people and there are very good explanations for this in the Quran and in Mohammad´s customs considering that Mohammad said that not a word in the Quran is allowed to be ignored
and considering that Muslims claim every word of the Quran to be divine words and that Mohammad was the best example for how to live. It is not at all the same as saying that there is nothing peaceful written in the Quran or that there are no peaceloving Muslims who actually do ignore the mad parts of Quran and Mohammad´s mad customs. It would however be a lot better for the Islamic world if they also dared to be honest and condemn these parts as morally outdated.
Yes to say that it´s illogical to not believe in a claim of a creator, (when there´s no existing evidence for a creator), like the man in the video says, is the exact same thing as asking the exact same things about this claimed creator; How isn´t it then just as illogical that a creator exists without a creator? That was my point. The point was that Dr. Laurence Brown ignores this part and calls atheism illogical and that he is intellectually very dishonest here.
Why do you call it hateful to ask the logical questions that just follows on religious claims? It was Mohammad who divided people and said hatefilled things about non believers in Islam remember. It is Mohammad who called people who didn´t believe him hypocrites, infidels, kaffirs, fools, evil and apes and pigs etc and in this way created a division between people and hatred and it was Mohammad who gave Muslims special rights to oppress and decide over other people.
You still just mentioned one verse, of the ones I gave as examples, that you could defend as not allowing violence when others "cease". And it is still according to the Quran every Muslims duty to make other people submit to Muslims and to Islam. And this is also the disgusting way islam has always been practiced in. Believing Muslims are the only ones with full religious and human rights according to Islam. This is what Islam prescribes.
How do you for example morally defend it as right that Mohammad is supposed to have said "WHOEVER CHANGED HIS ISLAMIC RELIGION, THEN KILL HIM." and also had the custom to kill people because of not believing him? How is this religious freedom and freedom of speech and allowance of people to do their own thinking and to allowance to question Islam?
@katnils 3. Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly. Allah only forbids you from those who fight you because of religion and expel you from your homes and aid in your expulsion - [forbids] that you make allies of them. And whoever makes allies of them, then it is those who are the wrongdoers. (60-8-9)
@GandhiBeatz I just watched this video giving an ex. of the absolute madness Islam can create.
"Muslim Cleric: How to Lie about Islam"
Just look at how pleased and happy he is with giving advices for how to trick people to become Muslims by lying about Islam. I don´t know any other religion where so many people today become this mad, among themselves proudly admit to lie for the advance of their religion and keep people in the religion with threats of violence for leaving it.
@Hkhan23 When did I say that one lying Muslims speaks for 1,5 million Muslims? I was just saying that this disgusting story, told with a pleased smile, could not have been told by anyone else than a mad Muslim. Since there is a death penalty for apostasy in Islam. I didn´t say it could be told by any Muslim at all.
@GandhiBeatz You may argue that if the story is true the man in the story who was said to be an alcoholic was freed from the slavery of alcoholism. I say; At what extreme cost? Freed from one slavery to just find himself a slave to Islam and Muslims for life with no other entrance out of it than death.
"Id like to tell you a very nice story."
Such a cute and nice story indeed ;-) Who else than a mad Muslim could possibly be proud of telling such a mad story of deceit and threats?
Let's see Dr. Brown, how did your supposed god come into being? In your view everything had to be created, therefore your god had to be created...who/what created your god. Man created your god in his imagine, not the other way around...IF YOU BELIEVE, there you go, I don't believe any of this crap!
@JOHNINCOLUMBUS You atheists are funny people. You say that it's illogical that everything has a creator, but God doesen't,but you say that everything has a creator, but this universe doesen't.To me,it's more logical that every creation has it's Creator,but Creator of all things can't have it's own creator, because therefore He will be a creation, who then created His creator?Say, "He is Allah, One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born,nor is there to Him any equivalent!"
@GandhiBeatz - That is your opinion, you claim Allah as a god, however you fail to produce any evidence. I prefer to know that what I believe is true, there is no truth behind the claims you make of a creator, be it Allah, Shiva, Yahweh, Jesus, Mithra, Zeus, and on and on...to this day, not one shred of evidence has been produced, not one! I simply don't make up stories about things I don't know for sure, where you do, that called delusion. Sorry for you!
@GandhiBeatz - To you it might seem so, but show me the proof. You can think and claim anything you want, but it doesn't make it true. The difference between me and you is that I care about what I believe in to be true and have evidence to back it up, you don't. You prefer to make up stories, rather than investigate how the world and Universe actually function, you will never find out through religion. Religion claims to know everything, but provides nothing but stories told by other men.
@GandhiBeatz - I don't find anything about religion to be funny, if anything it is an affront to human intelligence...it makes you look like children believing in Santa Claus.
Agreed. It is a big insult to human intelligence to indoctrinate children to be unable to dare to think rationally. And it´s definetely child abuse to teach any child it will burn for eternity for the "crime" of thinking for itself and ask for evidence to believe in something. Children can´t defend themselves against scary absurdities like a grown up with a grown up intelligence.
@katnils - Precisely, take a young mind that hasn't been taught to think critically, then they fill it with unfounded scary stories about their SKY DADDY...if it weren't for them acting on their ridiculous stories, it would be laughable, but it is not.
There is however a human need for spiritulity, (for traditional reasons called spirituality in lack of a better word), that can be fulfilled with the help of some religious practices like for ex. meditation. But it´s definetely not at all worth the exceptionally big price coming to divisive, hate mongering religions with disgusting control mechanism to indoctrinate and scare people to stay in them.
Any religion that can´t survive without scary indoctrination and scary control mechanisms (it´s disgusting), doesn´t deserve to survive. Any religion that can survive after children getting information about all major belief systems in the world and about science and the scientific method and about the fabricated false claims about the existence of evidence for different religions to be true
and after understanding that all religions takes faith, a belief in spite of the lack of existing evidence for it to be true, all such religions also deserve to survive. The important thing is free choices. Indoctrinating children into becoming so scared that they become unable to look rationally at their parents religion doesn´t for real provide people with a free choice.
I think it would help tremendously if children early on had to learn about different major belief systems in school. Provide a child with ALL information. Then the parents can teach them whatever scary and divisive crap they like and the child will still be a lot better equipped to do its thinking for itself when it grows up.
@lilbigbrow Ignorance? Every single argument of him is wrong in multiple ways. Just speaking about the "time" before the bigbang, the origin of time, is sooo moronic as if you'd be discussing about gods haircolor.
"In science, there is a general principle called entroy. Entroy is the principle that unless there is a greater control over a process, the process tends to chaos. Now lets put it into real world terms..."
I'm afraid Entropy doesn't mention anything about control, or a controller, it merely states that everything, and I mean everything, tends to chaos. That man in that video is an insult to physics. He shouldn't talk about something he doesn't fully grasp.
@poppinggats247 I know I comment this very late. But you are absolutely right. That he says that the second law of thermodynamics has anything to say about some "control" or a controller is really his biggest nail in the coffin here when he speaks about this law. Besides saying that there is a law of physics that is contradicted by science! I don´t know whether to laugh or cry. He is either a big time professional liar or extremely stupid.
Well there is no known force from any god in physics.
The bug is on again and scrambleing all comments around so I will no longer answer you here but in PM:s.

@katnils and how many times will I say that we do not oppose any law of physics, I posted the question to you to answer, you never, so what now?

@unis2222 The doctor in the video claimed that the second law of thermodynamics is violated.
And you asked me why I don´t want to answer more about thermodynamics. So I answered you.

@unis2222 Your PHYSICS teacher Lawrence (oops, DOCTOR!!) doesn't seem to realize the difference between "process tending to CHAOS" and "ENERGY transferring from ORDERED state to DISORDERED state"!!!
rationalindian10 1 week ago
@unis2222 When an ENERGY gets "TRANSFERED" (and NOT "BECOMES") from ORDERED to DISORDERED state, there is more ORDER brought into the DISORDERED state!! Ex: Heat flowing into COLD to make it WARMER!!
rationalindian10 1 week ago
@unis2222 Lawrence's definition of ENTROPY: "Unless there is a greater control over a process, the process tends to CHAOS"!!!
DICKsionary meaning of ENTROPY: "The measure of DISORDER
CONTD....
rationalindian10 1 week ago
@rationalindian10 ----"Unless there is a greater control over a process, the process tends to CHAOS"!!!
What he should have stated is that a process increases chaos (entropy) in a closed system. And that to increase the order it takes work from the outside of the system. And he also claim that chaos (entropy) is in fact not increasing in the universe. Something physisist do not agree with him on at all.
katnils 1 week ago
@katnils First of all, this idiot Laurence got the whole definition of ENTROPY abso-fuckin-lutely WRONG!!! In a natural system, the Heat travels to colder bodies. If the reverse has to happen
CONTD..
rationalindian10 1 week ago
@katnils an (i.e. Heat travelling to Hot bodies), EXTERNAL FORCE is needed!!! One thing he fails to link is the 2nd law of thermodynamics with the 1st law!! So, ENTROPY eventually cancels out!!
rationalindian10 1 week ago
@rationalindian10 You´re right about that one. He does probably doesn´t even remember the first law of thermodynamics. Creationists seldom do. But it isn´t just that. Because he also claims that entropy isn´t increasing in the universe. And he probably also thinks that anything that goes to higher order is violating this law. When in fact when something goes to higher order something else is at the same time going to increased disorder.

Exactly. That's what 1st law is all about!!

@katnils In a CLOSED SYSTEM, the NATURAL flow of ENERGY is from ORDERLY to DISORDERLY. And if ENERGY has to flow from DISORDERLY to ORDERLY, EXTERNAL ENERGY is needed.

rationalindian10 1 week ago
@rationalindian10 It is the disorder AS A WHOLE that increases in a closed system when reactions happen. NOT EVERYTHING.
katnils 1 week ago

Even Dr.ALBAN is better than this DOCTOR!!
rationalindian10 1 week ago
@katnils For ex: To make Heat travel to Hot bodies instead of Cold. But from where does this EXTERNAL ENERGY to force the reverse ENTROPY come from? A MORE ORDERLY state!! Laurence forgets this!!
rationalindian10 1 week ago
@katnils The only place where the CREATIONISTS/THEISTS and SCIENTISTS agree 100% is in 1st law of thermodynamics: "Energy is neither created nor destroyed" :-)
Just replace Energy with GOD/CREATOR!!

@rationalindian10 Apparently he has decided that the formation of stars is a sign that entropy is not increasing. Creationists make up their own rules about science you see.

unis2222 1 week ago
@unis2222 What nonsense are you talking? Have I ever claimed that there are any laws that "conclude the absence of any outside influence in any given system"?
If you want to claim that there is such an influence from something else than natural laws then it is your job to provide the evidence for that if I will even have a chance to claim something like that.

How very arrogant of me.

@unis2222 1.
When rereading your comments I realise that you have misunderstood me. When I say that the doctor is wrong about saying that the second law of thermodynamics is observed to be violated and that this in some way is shown by some "science contradicting science" I never said that there are any proves for that no creator exists.
katnils 1 week ago
@unis2222 2.

Almost no one else sees it as anything else than just another religion and mythology. In the same way as you view religions you don´t believe in.

@katnils I'm guessing you haven't read the Quran for yourself. Do you deny what is written in there? or let me guess that it just a misinterpretation. when 100's of scholars have confirmed this.
Hkhan23 2 weeks ago
@Hkhan23 I have read some in the Quran. I find it too boring as a religious scripture to read all of it. There are a lot more interesting religious scriptures than a scripture that repeats over and over the greatness of Allah, about Allah's anger and wrath over people who don´t believe in Mohammad being a prophet and about what actions that are demanded or forbidden by Allah for him to not burn people. Lots of people have read all of the Quran without believing in it.
katnils 1 week ago
@Hkhan23 I can absolutely deny that there is anything about the big bang written in the Quran and that there is anything written in it that no humans knew before Mohammad. You have to want to believe in Islamic propaganda and to not look at what a verse really says and doesn´t say anything about and what people actually knew at the time when Mohammad lived to buy the crap about pre scientific knowledge in the Quran.
katnils 1 week ago
@Hkhan23 Mohammad also repeated the misunderstandings in knowledge that existed in his time. Islam is a faith, without any evidence for it to be true, like every religion on this planet.
I don´t care what anyone choose to have faith in. But don´t make up arrogant claims about evidence when no such exists.
katnils 1 week ago
@Hkhan23 1.
The background with Islamic propaganda using carefully chosen quotes out of context of what western scientists said in the eighties is also well known to anyone who is interested in the truth to come from some gathering in Saudi Arabia, if I don´t remember it wrong. Where Muslims had invited western scientist under the false premises (or perhaps partly true) that they were concerned with that Muslims didn´t want to accept science because they thought it contardicted Islam.
katnils 1 week ago
@Hkhan23 2.

The earth is supposed to be about 4,5 billions of years old and the big bang is supposed to have happened around 13,7 billion of years ago. The earth was obviously not there when the BB happened.

GandhiBeatz 1 month ago
@GandhiBeatz 1.
"You claim that Quran has no evidences, but you never searched for them."
I´ve seen several sites with long stories about what Quran verses REALLY mean. If you twist them enough and read between the lines enough and don´t mind that no one interpreted the verses like this before it was known through science that this is how it is. Plus there are plain lies written about that Mohammad is supposed to have said things that no one else at the time had any knowledge about
katnils 1 month ago

Are these retarded claims the "evidence" in the Quran you talk about? Are these claims the ones you mean make up "evidence" that makes Islam not requireing any faith like all other religions? Then I´m surprised it takes intellectual dishonesty, gullability and indoctrination to be able to see the so called evidence. That is not the meaning of the word evidence in any other situation. Then you have made the word evidence mean something totally new.

"The fact that you firstly searching out for the verses from Quran talking about killing is the evidence that you have prejudices and you are full of hatred."
Not at all. There´s nothing strange with searching for the reasons to why Islam creates so many oppressive and mad people and there are very good explanations for this in the Quran and in Mohammad´s customs considering that Mohammad said that not a word in the Quran is allowed to be ignored
katnils 1 month ago
@GandhiBeatz 4.
and considering that Muslims claim every word of the Quran to be divine words and that Mohammad was the best example for how to live. It is not at all the same as saying that there is nothing peaceful written in the Quran or that there are no peaceloving Muslims who actually do ignore the mad parts of Quran and Mohammad´s mad customs. It would however be a lot better for the Islamic world if they also dared to be honest and condemn these parts as morally outdated.
katnils 1 month ago
@GandhiBeatz 5.
Laurence Brown ignores this part and calls atheism illogical and that he is intellectually very dishonest here.
katnils 1 month ago
@GandhiBeatz 6.

This is what Islam prescribes.
katnils 1 month ago
@GandhiBeatz 8.

GandhiBeatz 1 month ago
@GandhiBeatz - That is your opinion, you claim Allah as a god, however you fail to produce any evidence. I prefer to know that what I believe is true, there is no truth behind the claims you make of a creator, be it Allah, Shiva, Yahweh, Jesus, Mithra, Zeus, and on and on...to this day, not one shred of evidence has been produced, not one! I simply don't make up stories about things I don't know for sure, where you do, that called delusion. Sorry for you!
JOHNINCOLUMBUS 1 month ago
@GandhiBeatz - To you it might seem so, but show me the proof. You can think and claim anything you want, but it doesn't make it true. The difference between me and you is that I care about what I believe in to be true and have evidence to back it up, you don't. You prefer to make up stories, rather than investigate how the world and Universe actually function, you will never find out through religion. Religion claims to know everything, but provides nothing but stories told by other men.
JOHNINCOLUMBUS 1 month ago
@GandhiBeatz - I don't find anything about religion to be funny, if anything it is an affront to human intelligence...it makes you look like children believing in Santa Claus.
JOHNINCOLUMBUS 1 month ago
@JOHNINCOLUMBUS 1.

@JOHNINCOLUMBUS 2.
There is however a human need for spiritulity, (for traditional reasons called spirituality in lack of a better word), that can be fulfilled with the help of some religious practices like for ex. meditation. But it´s definetely not at all worth the exceptionally big price coming to divisive, hate mongering religions with disgusting control mechanism to indoctrinate and scare people to stay in them.
katnils 1 month ago
@JOHNINCOLUMBUS 3.
Any religion that can´t survive without scary indoctrination and scary control mechanisms (it´s disgusting), doesn´t deserve to survive. Any religion that can survive after children getting information about all major belief systems in the world and about science and the scientific method and about the fabricated false claims about the existence of evidence for different religions to be true
katnils 1 month ago
@JOHNINCOLUMBUS 4.
and after understanding that all religions takes faith, a belief in spite of the lack of existing evidence for it to be true, all such religions also deserve to survive. The important thing is free choices. Indoctrinating children into becoming so scared that they become unable to look rationally at their parents religion doesn´t for real provide people with a free choice.

@JOHNINCOLUMBUS 5.

He shouldn't talk about something he doesn't fully grasp.
poppinggats247 2 months ago
@poppinggats247 I know I comment this very late. But you are absolutely right. That he says that the second law of thermodynamics has anything to say about some "control" or a controller is really his biggest nail in the coffin here when he speaks about this law. Besides saying that there is a law of physics that is contradicted by science! I don´t know whether to laugh or cry. He is either a big time professional liar or extremely stupid.
