She was in effect fixing to pass all responsibility down to BP without any checks and balances on President Obama and his administration. I'm in agreement that there is much that could have been done but I'm kind of disappointed that more Governors from other states are not stepping up and helping sense its clear our federal government has failed. That the General welfare part of the Constitution that can finally be honestly used is yet again misunderstood by this administration ...how sad.
