Brian, another great episode! You really need to pitch your stuff to a network. If I'm an exec at Animal Planet or Discovery I definitely want to do a show on your business, not to mention you do a great job educating the public.
I lived in Okinawa, Japan for about 5 years. The most deadly thing there was a Habu snake, I believe their venom is the 5 most potent in the world. There were signs and posts everywhere, especially in areas with alot of undergrowth, with little pictures of a cartoon snake, saying "Look out for Habu!" in japanese I wonder if this guy has any.. ;P
1:28 My Favourite Scene. Snakes on a plane - The posh guy get constricted and crushed by the burmese python after he fed a snake with that womans chiwawa... lol.
@StealthTacticsClan I believe it's because when the snake feels something hit it's mouth, it has a reactant to inject venom incase it's a predator. I'm not exactly sure why they do that but that's my guess :)
Death Adder, Night Adder, Puff Adder, Monocle Cobra, Rhino Viper, Gaboom Viper, Middle East Black Snake, Black Mamba, Bushmaster, Fertilance, Fear Snake, Taipan, Tiger Snake, King Cobra, Eastern Brown, Mojave Rattler, Boomslang, Indian Cobra, Russells Viper, Belcher's Krate, Sidewinder, Saw Scaled Viper, Coral Snake, Beaked Sea Snake, Red spitting Cobra, Notorious Diamondback are among the 50 snake species used in the MOVIE: Snakes On A PLANE

@rohannesburg Hey, great idea! I'm sure that wouldn't even have an impact on any ecosystems that these predators are part of! Makes WAY more sense than just teaching people to use their brain and leave wild animals alone! *sarcasm*
Kill anything and everything that poses a threat to man and we'd be living in a very very lonely world.
Jules is a real character. Used to watch his shows when I was a growing up here in India and I remember telling my mom I want to be a snake handler when I grow up. She washed my mouth with soap.
my favourite animal part in a movie:haha thinking bout snakes in a plane it s defo where the lady gets bit and kives but gets paralized and the snakes go through her nose and out her ear and through her mouth and out her nose its so funny tho luv the show p.s chewys funny when he gets bit hahahaha
Does Jules have his own tv show? He looks familiar but I can't put my finger on the name of the show? If someone knows it will help put my mind to rest as it is driving nuts! Lol! Thanks.

well i know it's not recomended at all,buuuuttt... i caught a rattlesnake when i went hiking. it was a pretty good size snake. it was the first time i've ever caught a venomous snake. it was a thrill!
One of my favorite snake movie scenes is in "Jurassic Park 2" when everyone is running away from the T-Rex. They run into a waterfall to hide. Then a snake goes into one of the guy's shirts and he starts screaming and runs out only to be eaten by the T-Rex..lol...Great episode guys! :)
I'm trying to beat my fear over snakes...I saw anaconda series, many docimentaries but every day that I'm walking through the pet shop of my neighboor I puke.... =$
Wow, That's so cool! My cousin and I watch your video's all the time! My cousin is only 5 and he is scared of everything! But when he watches these he gites the ew's and awh's she love your video's!
It shows how fast they are when you think he backed away from the face bite fast enough, but in slo mo you can tell he backed away well after he wouldve been bitten
@DoomsdayKillz ha ha I was just thinking the same thing, that slow mo scene is a very good example, great to show a comparison of how fast a snake strike is vs average persons reaction time. It's a good thing to keep in mind if you ever think about messing around with a venomous snake, to never think that you're faster than the snake, and that distance is probably your best tool.
my favourite animal scene from a movie is from the movie -THE BEAR1989 when the bear catches one of the hunters off guard without his gun and roars and growls and scares the absolute crap out of him, and the man cries for mercy, but the bear does not kill him!
i like to watch snake movies but my favorite would be anaconda...
still, some movies give viewers not equipied with even the basic knowledge about these magnificent creatures misconceptions. they tend to see snakes as a non stop killing and eating machine...
MOST of the time death caused by snake attacks are of human errors...
snakes become the nightmare of many because of the "horror" movies, ruining the reputation of snakes... if you haven't try to keep one, well you should. to better understand this creatures... ask brian he can help you out
@lawlawlowned Lets just say they have much better things to be doing rather than wait under our door step to bite the ankle. We are not that important. A venomous snake doesn't want to bite anything except prey. If they bite and inject venom in defense, they are wasting their venom (that doesn't just magically reappear) for much more needed prey.
u must read this. once u have started there is no turning back. a little 10 year old girl was raped and murdered in 1945. her body was not found until 1947. then a boy last week read this and did not copy and paste this message. the dead girl appeared in his room haunting him and killed him. if you do not copy and paste this onto 10 vidoes in 30 minutes the dead girl will apear in your room tonight and haunt you and kill you. well you better start to copy and paste to be saved
My favorite animal movie scene would have to be from anaconda. An old man took a guy and a girl hostage so he he could kill the anaconda.he trew blood at the hostage.then the anaconda tried to eat them.insead he swallowed the old man lol.and then the anaconda trew him up.no doubt Anaconda was the best snake movie ever
my favorite animal/snake scene was from prince of persia from when these desert snakes jumped out at all the people there and then they were struggling to fight them.
Hey Brian i wacthed alot of your videos and i asked my mom if i could get a snake, but then she said all snakes bite and are always hyper and there very disgusting. But i dont think thats true.. I wanted a ball python.... Is there a video that can change my moms mind, and if there is can you send a link please thx.!!
hey i've just started watching snakebytes today as i only just found it and i must have got through at least 60 episodes so far your awesome guys please don't stop making these as i've only just found itand love it
i like the rattle snake from the movie solo when he is in rrcovery mode and the kid comes and the rattle snake strikes him and solo flgrabs from the neck
for some weird reason my cornsnake all ways rattles its tail it does not make a noise but its fun to watch its life long dream is to be a rattle snake
my favorite aniimal scene form a movie was a jaun cluade van dam movie called hard target were grabs a rattle snake that is bout to strike a girl and he knocks it out and bites off the tail and uses it as a trap for the guys chasing
my favorite animal movie is "primeval" featuring a 23 foot nile crocodile. the scene i like the most is the chase seen where the croc is actually running after one of the actors whitch was incredibly crazy and scary
awesome show man been watchin you guys for a couple of months now. Thanks for keeping my passion for snakes alive while I am abroad. Greetings from Dar es Salaam, TZ
what a gorgeous papuan olive python! fave animal scene would have to be Theres something about Mary, the bit where Matt Dillon throws speed pills up to the dog and it goes beserk and ends up dieing, but not before its been electrocuted and beaten within an inch of its life! (not a real dog btw) LMAO
My favorite reptile movie scene was from snakes on a plane, when the burmese python falls through the glass, and eats that rich guy that was a dick. Even though it looked fake, it was cool.
that was a really nice video! loved all the cool snakes he has! my favorite seen is on snakes on a plane either when the huge snake fell through the glass on the 2nd level and when that jackass threw the chihuahua at the snake. its funny cuz i have a little chihuahua :P
Favorite animal scenes? I was raised on National Geographic documentaries. Don't make me pick a favorite. They're ALL better than whatever the *BLEEP* Hollywood spews out.
Oh, you wanted movies, not Nat Geo...if you want good snake scenes, Harry Potter is one of the better franchises. In the first movie, there's a huge panic in the London Zoo after Harry 'accidentally' frees a boa from its cage. The snake thanks him while everyone else is freaking out. It's good to be a Parselmouth!
my favorite animal scene from a movie would definitely have to be from the movie "Indiana Jones and the kingdom of the crystal skull". I cant get over how funny it is when Dr.Jones has to grab the enormous snake so he doesn't sink in the sinking sand.
My favorite animal scene is probably from deep blue when the african american guy(sorry im horrible with actor names) is giving the speech and then the shark jumps out of the water and eats him. I like it because it is so unexpected and really shows the dangerousness of sharks (genetically altered or not).
Great episode! I've seen Jules on a few things on tv, so it was great to get a better scoop on things. Also, the movie True Grit! I can't wait for this film now that I just heard a little bit about it, especially knowing its a Coen brothers movie with Jeff Bridges :) :) :)
My favourite snake scene in a movie would have to be the classic "City Slickers" When Billy Crystal's friend thinks he got bit on the butt by a rattler and convinces Billy he needs him to suck out the poison. Absolute Classic! What are friends for?
my favorite is the scene in anacondas the hunt for the blood red orchid, were the drunk dude on the boat turns around and theres a huge anaconda all coiled up and it kills him. of course all the scenes in that movie is awesome. especialy were one comes out of the water and eats that dude. i think its the 1st actual anaconda scene in that movie. that scene is just powerfull.
I definitely don't have any favourite animals scenes involving snakes, because they are NEVER shown in a positive light and every single goddamn movie that features them, promotes fear, hate and abuse of them.
One awesome video guys and totally enjoyed every minute of this one. Really loved the Water Moccasin and the python really did easily pass for a Black Mamba.
I've gotta say that my favorite seen was the Florida kingsnake in "live and let die". James bond made a cologne flame thrower and it died instantly, classic and terrible special effects!
HAHA my favorite animal scene is was in anaconda 3 when their car flips over and the anaconda eats the lady aaahhh you gotta love those cheesy special effects.
I really like the scene in White Fang, when Bart the Bear has the main character trapped in a log pile and White Fang comes up to tangle with him, a wolf vs. a bear, now that was a cool scene!
It's really kind of too bad rattlesnakes are venomous. They're just such gorgeous snakes, especially the mojave, if they weren't venomous, I would love one as a pet.
at the end of snakes on a plane a snake bytes the white guys chest and the black guy shoots the giants snake a few times with a hand gun

what a gorgeous papuan olive python! fave animal scene would have to be Theres something about Mary, the bit where Matt Dillon throws speed pills up to the dog and it goes beserk and ends up dieing, but not before its been electrocuted and beaten within an inch of its life! (not a real dog btw) LMAO

My favorite reptile movie scene was from snakes on a plane, when the burmese python falls through the glass, and eats that rich guy that was a dick. Even though it looked fake, it was cool.

It's good to be a Parselmouth!

i can't think of something but the worst snake related movie for me was python vs. boa, that movie sucked big time!!! lol

Jules was talking about True Grit. Can't wait for that movie, its from the Coen Brothers.
My favorite animal-scene has to be the waterfall scene from The Lost World: Jurassic Park. ''Snake! Oh my God Snake!''

my favorite animal scene from a movie would definitely have to be from the movie "Indiana Jones and the kingdom of the crystal skull".

Mark101394 1 year ago
That amuses me...in the beginning I actually thought "Was Brian free handling a mamba?"
ROFLpwnedvideos 1 year ago
I like this guy...because he is SENSIBLE.
I've seen so many professionals who free handle venomous snakes...and I cringe.

HAHA my favorite animal scene is was in anaconda 3 when their car flips over and the anaconda eats the lady aaahhh you gotta love those cheesy special effects.

I really like the scene in White Fang, when Bart the Bear has the main character trapped in a log pile and White Fang comes up to tangle with him, a wolf vs. a bear, now that was a cool scene!
bodon01 1 year ago
It's really kind of too bad rattlesnakes are venomous. They're just such gorgeous snakes, especially the mojave, if they weren't venomous, I would love one as a pet.
