At 7:31, he says something like "suuropu" (no idea what that is. I take it as 'slope') and it is connected to the seats, as shown later. He also points at the other side where it's the same. Through the slope and enter by the doors at the seats.

His final comments when passing through the dark area ("ookori") at 9:04: "This theatre may seem big and beautiful, but the inside is small and packed with things."

Final part is where they have their makeup done according to scheduled time.

At about 6:01 he asks the camera man if it's shaky by the steps. He also comments that the spot he is standing on, where Ikkaku sings "Be careful of our captain!" is also quite shaky. Then he goes into the pathway and says it is narrow and small, and only about 1 person can pass through.

The next part where he is at the mirror (where he does his tattoos), I think he is saying that the mirror has been in Koma for 20 years already.

Can't sub this since my japanese isn't very pro. But I can give an extremely brief summary on what he is talking about. Regarding the stage 3:58 - 4:39, there's the "Soto bon" (outside circle), "Naka bon" (inner circle), and "Shin bon" (??). He is saying that all of them can spin at the same time. When up on the steps as he introduces the soto bon and naka bon, he says they will cross when spinning, and will have to be careful when crossing over.
