I think you've to try to drink or to eat no or just a little bit of mulk products...like chees, milk ;) yoghurts or shakes with milk and cream too...please try it! i tryed a month ago, and my skinn is realy better! clean your skinn with only water and clean it up with visibly clear cleaning water...i think thats enough and it works, at me too!!

it is all natural unlike most skin lightening creams

and lightened my acne scars (which were like 80% of what made my face look so bad) It works AMAZINGLY fast. Smells good too. Can be used anywhere you have hyperpigmentation. Anyway, your results are really amazing. I'm on my 3rd week of proactiv and thinking of switching to this. :D

I used to have terrible acne..

I used proactiv, but of course..like everyone else It only made everything worse...

Then I tried Murad...That was a load of

SH!T!.

It made my redness worse :(

AcneFree sucked as well, it was the equivalent of Proactiv. -_-

I finally went to my doctor, she gave me prescriptions for benzoyl peroxide and Erythromycin.

It worked perfectly, Now I barely get any acne on my face, it's practically clear...

i had seen ur videos n i noticed that u hecca broke up on ur face. Actually u had less pimples in ur first videos. in my situation i started to use proactive and other products but they didnt work they hust make me broke up on my face alot. i bought this product and it really works, but i just use once a day. one day i use step 4 and another day step tree 3, and i almost dont have any acne.

i have alot of acne too its pretty frustrating. but ive been using spectro gel for sensitive skin and its been working! ive only had it for a week and i'm already seeing results. you really should try it. great reviews on it also. and 10% benzoyl peroxide is crazy!! that burrrrns your skin. i only use 2.5! but anyway just thought id let you know about spectro gel! hehe.

-drink alot of water

-eat more fruits, salads, veggitables

- take 1 teaspoon of flexseeds with water

Dont

-avoid fatty food

-avoid red meat

-dont use cosmetics

have a facial that suits ur skin almost monthly

and ur skin will probably improve,

my acne was like yours! i tried everyhing, dermatologist is a waste of money too and you can just find the active ingredients anywhere, and i use the toner up first so buy WITCH HAZEL its the active ingredient in all toners, and it is like 99 cents to 3 dollars your skin will most likely be clear in 2 months lol? thats what happened to me!

Yeah, I agree with pensopera's comment. My dermatologist told me to try not to touch my face so much. It's helped so so much with less acne.

have you try to see dermatologist, yet. i used to have really bad break outs (proactive) have helped me a lot. try not to touch your face b/c germs spread that way from our hands and things we touch with them.

have you tried attacking the pimples internally? they could be totally hormonal -- you might have excess testosterone. Take Vitamin A, E and omega 3's for skin health!
