I saw this for the first time a couple of days ago and I've watched it twice more since then. This is one of the funniest parodies of a sci fi movie I've even seen. Look for the scene where the possessed townspeople put on pillbox hats to disguise their changing foreheads!
I DVR'd this based on the title not realizing that it was by the same guy who did The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra Cave! Started watching it and recognizing the cast from Skeleton - so terrible and hilarous ;D
The funniest part of this films the bit where hes reading the newspaper telling his wife hes fine then he drops the news paper and he has a big mad bulged head hahaha.
But the real question, the ...... scientific......question is, if this......forehead..... as you call it, contains that rarest of all rare chemical elements........Atmospherium!
@Actionguy1 this movie was made to be bad on purpose, the character develpoment is awful, the lines are delivered terribly , but the things they say are hilarious, there are some scenes that will make you laugh your ass off
I just saw the world premiere of The Trail of the Screaming Forehead and it was terrific! I thought the Lost Skeleton was a hard act to follow, but they did it! The writing was sharp, the acting was spot-on, the cinematography was great (surreal primaries and pastels of the 1960's). The audience was laughing from start to end. Special treats like animation from Ray Harryhausen, and cameos by icons like Dick Miller and Kevin McCarthy. See this movie when it comes to your town, buy it on DVD!

I don't know, this doesn't seem as inspired as Cadavra.

That wriggling forehead looked an awful lot like a wriggling menstrual pad. Love the "Tales from the Pub" shorts too.

"Lost Skeleton of Cadavra" was GREAT! Can't wait to see this one! The cinematography and atmosphere reminds me of "The Blob".
Larry Blamire is a genius!
