If Saban wants to actually be successful he has to adapt his characters to now. Darker stories and realistic actors. Not some pretty boys from New Zealand. Gokaiger could work but it would last for 2 years. Maybe the masses need to learn about Super Sentai.....but I'm just some guy on the internet. BTW Power Rangers Samurai is shit.

I wonder how Saban would incorporate Gokaiger, especially since a good chunk of the sentai was never brought over to the U.S. They'd have to cut those scenes out.

@MPHx87 Actually there are many different ways to put them in:

1. It was implied by Zordon that in MMPR they were not the first rangers

2. There should be plenty of Rangers across the universe, especially after Countdown to Destruction

3. If Clash of the Red Rangers is an indication there is a chance of Rangers from different dimensions

4. Who says that the US is the only place where Monsters/Aliens/Robots attack?

@FutureGohanZ Good points, but there's a problem. In Japan, all these different rangers are well-known by sentai fans already. So when the Gokaiger change into them, it's not foreign. If we had the Power Rangers equivalent change into say the Goranger (the very first sentai), then there'd have to be a lot of explanations and backstory of who the Goranger are in such a short time. There's 15 sentai before Zyuranger (The MMPR equivalent) so that means there's a lot of explaining to do.

For a lot of them they could probably just shrug them off as just some team from another planet and they use their powers for strategic purposes (Denjiman, Bioman etc.).Then there could be some that relate to past seasons where a mysterious ancient war happend (Gorangers can be the team of rangers Zordon formed to defeat Rita) and many more ways since the actual Legend War won't work in Power Rangers unless Time Force stops caring about time paradoxes and goes crazy.

Too many suit changes as well they cannot use the Gokaiger idea at all it will never make sense.

With Samurai being 99% a shot-for-shot remake of Shinkenger why would Saban skip out on the opportunity to advertise an almost 200 Ranger war? Do you really think they would care if it doesn't make sense? It's Power Rangers. The series where the moon has a breathable atmosphere and normal gravity. Most likely they would other the different planet/ alternate dimension excuse anyway.

@MidShipCivic Too many suit changes? Why? Because the Sentai before Zyuranger (along with Dairanger) have no PR counterparts? Zordon has made references to past teams he's put together. And while the episodes Wild West Rangers Parts 1 and 2 showed the first team of Earth Rangers, there are Rangers, teams, and Ranger-like warriors spread throughout the universe. It would make perfect sense.

I wonder if they'll be called Power rangers space pirates or something because the US is still doing the Shikengers (Power Rangers Samurai) then after that Gosieger & then this gokaiger. I sure hope thr RPM & Samurai crossover henshin will be just as amazing as the Go-onger vs Shikenger henshin.

@deezutra yeah i hope that the RPM and Samurai crossover is good because RPM is one of my favorite series. However, I hope they do not make an American version of Goseiger. But I hope they make Gokaiger though, it's totally epic
