Such a great video, probably my favourite Bjork vid. I'm pretty sure this is the first Bjork video I ever saw, and its still the one that sticks in my mind the most.

As for interpreting it, I don't think there's any deep esoteric meaning to the video, just Bjork turning into a polar bear!! Everyone has a 'spirit animal', and hers is most probably a polar bear!!

This video was definitely intriguing...and captivated me the whole time. I bet that if I had myself on cam, my mouth was open in awe for about 96% of it. I suppose my interpretation of the video is that internally we have a primal instinct, a primitive nature that got us to present day - to the 'booty shaking' we see on tv (as one critique commented below). We are human, she is naked to show that she is not hiding behind clothes, society, media, etc. This is her primal state-no smoke, no mirrors
