arnold is so incredible wise. He practice 80/10/10 and knows on what a dangerous path all the gourmet raw fooders are but he is able to not say a word. I couldnt do that, i ve got 3 month after the average raw diet(60% fat) a extreme candida outbreak. In the long run high fat raw is as dangerous as high fat cooked. I cant believe that the miracle that the raw food diet really is, is so abused to sell garbage. I experience miracles every day on 80/10/10. I didnt on gourmet raw.
