idk if ppl still reply here, but i need a little advice im a junior and im our trumpet section leader, i might be playing that duet at 3:51, just hoping for some tips on playing that E, i could play up to D last year
@XxXCaptainL23XxX yea man, just play everyday, do major lip slurs every other day, dont play high every day, when you do play high warm down. i get my slurs from max scholssbergs mostly but its just getting your muscles strong enough to hold the amount of speed of air you need to put through the horn. try not to puff your cheeks but if you do and it comes out its not really too bad, amazing players puff their cheeks
Congratz on getting 1st. I was in the Argyle High School Band (2nd Place) and i thought were just amazing. you guys so deserve it. and again CONGRATZ!
@KromeZero Why thank you and hopefully we might be you guys.even though you are a 5A school and we are only 3A. Good Luck this year and hope you guys get first for state. :)

WOW! I must say that I had to keep reminding myself that these students were in high school. Their professionalism and uniformity were excellent. Now that's what I call "TEAM WORK!" Y'all did a great perfomance, and congratulations to you all. I thoroughly enjoyed it!!!
so amazing. i'm so proud that my daughter has a small part to play in this wonderful band! i'm constantly amazed at their progression and how hard they work and how wonderful they look. good, no great, job band members. you make all of us proud.

@brisinger59 I'm from Rowlett, and I gotta say Argyle was pretty awesome as well. You guys were super loud for being as small as you were.
Didn't you guys beat Sache? I can't remember if they were there this time around.
