  • i had an awful feeling of been watched by that train

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAH TROLLFACE TRAIN! O_O

  • For god's sake, lads! Don't feed the troll!

  • Fabulous footage Adam. Treat yourself to a tripod, or a miniature tripod (£1.00 at Poundland).

    Rob

  • @waldenhouse thanks! i had one for the event in may 2010 thing i did but my sister broke it :-( i have been meaning to get one but i havent got round to it. i need to go back to tanfield or bowes sometime soon.

  • good vid Adam..i like..keep up the good filming

  • WTF IS UP WITH THAT TRAIN? its meant to be D£ like in the film.

  • the fastest way to travel on train attach buffers and just ram it into euston

  • Adam, I would just like to encourage you to carry on filming and posting!

  • Shame a harmless video posted by a youngster dedicated to a harmless pastime has to become the target of some nutcase who should be old enough to know better. Stick at your hobby, lad. its a damn sight more healthy and productive than sitting in your bedroom on an XBox for hours on end. (Which may perhaps be the pointless life your critics lead)

  • Most preserved railways depend on steam AND diesel locos to attract the punters. If you don't like the locos on offer then go somewhere else. At the end of the day we are all railway enthusiasts despite all the bickering !

  • that is what they call buffering up this happens prior to being cpupled up it has to be done at a speed no greater than 5 mph

  • @steamfandan yeah i know a lot more now this was over a year ago.

  • @123greatbritain ah right

  • Another steam locomotive for scrapping, cutting apart, melting & pouring into new man hole covers!

  • @Cockroach2008 you know what? steam engines have character left of britaiter and are the only good thing left from britains golden railway age. modern diesels and electrics are dull, boring, common and characterless. thats why thousands of people like me love the age of steam. troll. nuff said.

  • @123greatbritain Steam locomotives were junk 65 years ago! They were a transportation tool & now they are in great need of being cut apart & melted to make materials for new products. Britain has a good railway, much better now than when steam locomotives ran the system. What ever you think of diesel & electric locomotives, they are here to stay! Many may like the steam locomotives, but very, very few will pay for their restoration, maintenance, stable, insurance or operational costs! Junk them!

  • @Cockroach2008 few? have you seen the ammount of commited railway loving enthusiasts there are like me who despise of new locos? i dont think they can be classed as locomotives. yes they are not fit for rail travel perminantly but they are much better at fun purposes and days out than the tube. how many times have you been exited going on the east coast mainline? do you see huge museums across england dedicated to restoring virgin "trains" and their history? no. now get lost you faggot.

  • @123greatbritain What? "ammount", "perminantly","been exited going"? Are you a graduate product of the English school system? Pathetic!

For the name calling, THANK YOU FOR THE VERY FLATTERING COMPLIMENT! I SINCERELY APPRECIATE IT!

The steam locomotive is a dinosaur. It's time is long past.

Gauge sets & other parts, whistles, bells, headlights, number boards, etc. sell well on the black market. CASH! NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Graffiti painted, cut apart, melted & poured into molds for new products.

  • @Cockroach2008 that is the opinion of one narrow minded cow. but lots more keep them for enjoyment. tanfield recently had a 40 year as a PRESERVATION line in may. fail

  • @123greatbritain You are correct! It is an opinion! However, you are sorely wrong about the creature who posses this opinion!

I am a progressive who is ready to move into the 22nd century & abandon the 18th & 19th century with their museum pieces. I would not mind observing these steam locomotives cut apart & melted!

It would be fun to see what a 50mm caliber weapon do with an armor piercing round would do to a steam locomotive underway with a full head of steam! Blown to pieces! Junked!

  • @Cockroach2008 You seem to have missed a couple of centuries out there. We are a good 88 years off the 22nd century.

  • @Cockroach2008 steam is romantic it is why people fall in love with trains the sight and smell of a steam engine is enough to get a persons heart beating faster were as with diesels and electrics all that is lost if we just had that the preservation movement wouldn't be makeing any money and we would have no trains enthusists left to me a steam engine is a thing of beauty they are the closest thing we have created to a liveing thing

  • @TheSteamdriver this is going to sound crazy but they steam engines speak to you once you have become used to there normal sounds if anything sounds wrong it is because it somehings not right and you can normaley tell what part is wrong just by the sound. steam engines are like girls if you treat them right they are going to treat you right if you treat them bad they are going to be a pain in the arse

  • @gibbon92 can i just say were you there? no, i thought not. now if you havent got anything to say that is nice, take your scummy arse and park it on a peice of dog crap. maybe i saw what happened to those buffers when they got bent at this exact moment ienstien.

  • Engines Face- Freaky!

  • @EastwoodBirds lol i know its off now thank god. it was only for 1 day

  • I am sorry about the title but just so you know, the other carriage buffer also shown in the video was bent.

  • @123greatbritain you are right

  • Good video

  • @ervans just so you know, the smiley face was only for the bank holiday weekend
