  • hehê_Ï_fëEl_sö_lòñÉlY_tøÐaY

  • sillee, silly silly, oh thtop it thilly, thtop it, sing and dancin you thilly people! silly, silly

    =]

  • crazy bunny hop dance at the end to the martin shredding looks really powerful

  • Im a perfectionist and perfect is a skinned knee!! LOL What line.

  • I'm a perfectionist and perfect is a skinned knew.... LOL What a line!

  • This is the most entertaining video of FNM that I have found :D

Really wish I had been able to go see them when they played recently :(

Anyone know if they plan to stick together or was the reunion just a one-off?

  • Killer live version... ahh those were the days

  • I love Worthington's keyboard sounds:X:X:X:X

  • Best rock band of the 90's

  • @Andymalcolm1 Best band of the world.

  • mike patton is the man...don't worry, you will be the man soon.

  • OH MY GOSH ! Amaaazing .

  • Long live Jim!

  • @MrOutshine1 Jim Martin is one of the greatests guitarists of the 80's and 90's rock era

  • I Wanna learn that small solo at the end :)

  • seen them in Slane many many years ago they were on before guns and feckin roses ,and they rocked in fact they blew axel pose and his bunch of glam tarts off the stage .. for real .

  • did faith no more kick out jim martin or what???

  • Yup. Fired via fax November 1993 I belive.

  • Is he playin in another band now?

  • He´s a pumkin farmer. But they tried to get him along with the reunion.

  • no they didnt at all

  • @NoMansPlan Yes he was asked to be a part of the reunion in some form according to Bill (which surprised me). But it fell through at an early stage.

  • 11th of november i believe.

  • If you check "A small Victory" from this concert you might gain a perspective on the beef within the band. This is Jim's last performance with them according to a few sources.

  • I don't think because he said, "Jim is gay" means anything. Roddy Bottom (sp) is an openly gay member of the band so if anybody would take offense, it should/would be him. People/managers sometimes make stupid personnel moves within companies/bands, etc. This is a prime example. I love Jim's styles. He is awesome and I miss him. Dr. Seuss said, "Don't be sad it's over - be happy it happened" so I can at least enjoy Jim on here and a couple CD's. Peace.

  • You have a very good point, and Jim's tenure with the band is probably caput. What's not appreciated among NuFNM fans is the fact that this guy was as dynamic as they come, probably a frenetic genius, but one of the more blistering, insightful musicians of that era. Whereas Mike practically flops about in stage theatrics Jim played his lines, put up with the shinola, and was the real thing. I can see how the band is still appreciated without the dude, but it's not... well, the real thing.

  • wats this? someone said jim is gay thats why he left?

  • Yes. Major Bummer!! :-( I remember they said Jim was "The Metal guy." WTF? He was awesome in all styles.

  • jim was just a metallica wanabe... he didn't even write any of the guitar parts in angel dust

  • who did?

  • the rest of the members did, mostly gould. i think jim only wrote parts of jizzlobber and kindergarten.. he had no part in any other song

  • wicked!

  • deadly live version it kinda reminds me of barry mccann and his song sea of souls definately an influence there love faith no more and barry mccann they are the shit

  • your perfect yes it's true (falls) auu... xD

FUCKING AWESOM WHATEVER IT HAPPENS =D

    Gona see them 8 August

  • good job man

  • faith no more for life.everyone in that band is a genius.if you like this type of stuff you should check out jekyll and their song bone crunching kick to the head and their song animals.they are so unique.faith no more are awesome.

  • Walking and walking an turning and turning...Mike looks like a caged animal in this one. Love the energy, and the way he starts up the song again at 3:16.

  • silly silly!

  • Mike Patton is defo one of the best live singers around

  • Well there's no way this guy can be lipsyncing XD

  • nice guitar solo

  • Is He Drunk?

  • You're perfect yes it's true!

    OW!

    Incredible synchronicity after thilly people!

Love the dancing after blown mic.

Incredible song. And finally, I'm not trying to dis gays, but if only roddy wasn't gay.

  • was he on heroin ?

or just crazy ? ether way he's awesome lol

  • nope, hes just totally awesome.

  • Yup, he's high on awesomeness.

  • its a mid mid life crisis

  • after the first chorus isnt he supposed to sing "midlife crisis" slowly.

  • he sings it whatever way he wants- thats why he is cool and inventive as an artist.. i think.

  • at the end of a question, aren't you supposed to put a question mark?

  • At the start is it not grammatically correct to use a capital letter?

  • Touche.

  • :-))

  • Holy crap, 17th of July 93 and Jim was still in the band. This would have to be one of the last gigs he played with FNM before he was kicked out!

  • haha those are some sweet dance moves at the end

  • I love when he falls into the drum set, and on the next verse, says "Ow!"

    Funny stuff! Good performance, too.

  • You can see Mike Patton starting to get the look that he had around the KFAD era.

  • Jim Martin's last show

  • you perfect yes its true said my friend.......not Your Blood Begins to Droop!!!!!.jim is 1.92.....i thing......faith no more please.................COME BACKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK

  • haha mike pattons the man

  • Your Blood Begins to Droop!!!!!...................Ouch!!!! LMAO!

How tall is Jim Martin? He looks like a giant compared to Mike Patton. I Wonder what the hell Jim is doing these days?

  • You're Perfect Yes It's True, But Without Me You're Only You.

Now, where did you get "Your blood begins to droop" from? O.o

  • Nice to see you were paying attention. I was trying to get a laugh out this.

  • jims growin' pumpkins apparently

he came 8th in some world wide pumpkin growin competition few years ago (think '02ish)

well that's what i've been hearing anyway LOL

  • lol!

  • love it, takes me back to when I saw them back in the day.. reunion tour PLEASE!

  • I love when Mike falls to the ground & shouts "Aaaaou!" XD

  • rofl he hit his head. Was that on purpose?

  • I like it when he fell when he said,"You're perfect! Yes, it's true!" then he hit his head and said,"Ow!" LMAO! That was freakin hilarious!

  • yeah lol!

  • Jim Martin's last live show with Faith No More

  • Jim Martin's pretty awesome. He even went to school with Cliff Burton pretty much one of the greatest bass players ever, also from Metallica.

  • Les Claypool is the greatest bass player....Metallica told Les he was too good at bass to be in Metallica....look it up man

  • This is good fool.

  • My pockets jingling....

  • You dont know shit ya dumb piker bitch!

  • it's live. if you want perfection just listen to the studio record :p. Lives are MEANT to be this way, adds to the whole feeling of watching live music

  • could you imagine how un-awesome it would sound live it sounded just like the studio recording every single time they performed it.. MP let's it out so many different ways.. great artist

  • This was 5 months before Jim Martin got fired.

  • jim martin lol and how do u know that?

  • Actually 4 months because Jim was fired via fax in November of 1993 & this show was in July of 1993...

  • do you know why?

  • Infact this was Jim Martin's last show

  • I was there.....wicked!

  • Stop it you silly..stop it....

  • anyone got a live version of "A Small Victory" ???

  • great fucking song

  • Hahahahahhahahahahahhahah!!! Enough said.

  • Patton went all Bruce Forsythe on 4.00 LOL!!!!!!!

  • is there anything coolest than this band? I don´t think so

  • try Mr Bungle and Primus.

  • Absolutely killer.

  • This rocks!!!!

  • not just a great performer...but a sense of humour too

  • "You're perfect, yes it's true. Ow!"

  • Damn, is Mike entertaining or what? freakin' awesome!

  • FOREVER PATTON

  • FANTASTIC!

One of my first gigs - I was 17...

AWESOME performance. the mosh-pit was mad crazy - I saved a guy from getting stomped and stole another guy's drink out of his hand - pure yin/yang!

HOUSE OF PAIN were on before - they got booed!

Thanks a million for putting this on.

    T

  • OMG I was there!

  • Not only do Faith No More generate great music but Mike's live performances always make me crack up! A sense of humour in is performances is great!

  • Silly....you silly silly ppl. LMFAO. Faith No More is the best ALT. band in history. Hell they are for damm sure oe of the greatest in history. Mike Pattons vocal are one of the best I've ever heard..

  • that also caused them to break up, they should suck it up and get back together to show all the "musicians" out today how to play their instruments and be real musicians

  • Jim was kicked out because he was holding the rest of the band back from developing.

  • Got to see FNM six times and this performance was THE best! FUCKING AMAZING! I remember Mike giving Big Jim so much abuse that night. After all these years they are still amazing! No other band comes remotely fucking close!

  • lol giving jim abuse? what was he saying to him? jip about his lack of playing on 'angel dust' or something?

  • Jim was on the verge of being kicked out of the band and i think this was his last gig and with all the tension in the band at the time, Mike was in Jim`s face for most of the gig,i remember he kept on kicking over jim's guitar amps. From past FNM interviews it`s obvious none of them were the best of buddies but that's what made them such an awesome band.

  • OMG that is so funny! Damn, I wish I got to see them live...

  • can any1 tell me why fnm used to cut the middle bit of this song out when they played it live? they done it everytime. its the best bit of the song! the song still rocks though

  • ohhh my lord.. MIKE PATTON IS MY LIFE

  • silly thou, it turn out for me to be hillarious when he accidentally hit his head on the drummers platform "ouch" lolx, can't help myself laughin when m watching these video, but still mike patton FNM is my all time fav. band anyways despite of that.

  • i was there too,fnm were the best band there,no contest,was it really in 93 ! shit

  • thanks for posting this,me and a mate was at this festival:)

    some great memories.

  • He's one funky dancer! God i miss fnm, that band changed my life !

  • HAhahaha! I got chills watching this because I was there right up the front. In fact I was most probably the person who threw the cup at Mike part the way in. I tried several times during the night but didn't hit him once. Sorry Mike.

The crowd was so tightly packed in that when we swayed heavily to the right once I was able to pick my feet off the ground wedged in, travel all the way down horizontal almost and back up again. Fantastic.

  • Mike accidentally hit his head agianst the drummers platform.

  • So he accidentally fucked up the mic, right? And then since he couldn't sing he decided to entertain himself by dancing like a freak...... Awesome! I like that part when he jumps off something and eats it against the drum platform...and screams "Ouch!"

  • hOUHAOAuhaoUHAohAOAoua! Silly Mike, silly Mike... uohaOAUHOAHa! Just great!

  • That is awesome! The sound is great! Too bad about the mic...

  • That was Silly. Pulling the mic out was classy. Mike Patton, god of Silly.

  • this performance is awsome!! I like how the guitar sounds, that should've been on the original version.

  • If you like the guitars sound, see Midlife Crisis at MTV Studios (1995) with Dean Menta, it's just amazing.

    This video rules

  • Haha! Is Mike not the coolest dancer ever or what?

  • One of the funniest FNM performances I've seen.
