I am so happy there was a movie made about this!! I ride a dun Paint and she has NEVER been given the credit she deserves in the hunter ring! This is inspiring and it shows that paint horses can be the best in anything!! Paints are the horses who aren’t afraid to show their true colors!

great movie ive seen it twice although they had alot of small errors in it like when fiona got on her hair was out of her helmet then when she got off it was up ribbon at the end was 2nd place not 1st horses braids were falling out in some parts but not others i think there was a few more too but its definitely worth watching :)

I think a horse gets colic in nearly every horse movie. :D

and there is always the grumpy man who has some sort of problem, and always the underdog horse, and underdog girl, who work hard and manage to win :D

Im still going to watch it of course :D

The only thing I thought that was truly funny was that the she only leaves for a few minutes (and the horse is not braided) and right when she returns the horse is braided :D Lol I really enjoyed this movie :P

I have never seen this happen in real life. No horse jumps out of the bushes, rears, then lets someone catch him with a rope around there neck.... I also haven't seen someone learn to jump 3' in a month, or people judging horses because of their color, at least not in a open show jumpers round . But its a sweet movie :)

I love this movie and the thing that pintos cant jump is really close to my hear cuz my best friend has a pinto and they show beautifully. The thing I think is pretty funny is that during her schooling she has bad eq but @ the show she is a perfect hunter eq

.I almost cried watching just this preview. This has been sitting in my bedroom for years unopened, and I never knew what it was about. Just seeing what the movoe was about is like the story of my life. I show on the hunter circuit, with a paint horse. And just being in the ring next to the fancy bays and chestnuts is penalties like none other. Rome is amazing, at 17 years old hes done 3rd level dressage, and still packs around almost 3 ft with ease. Yet we wtill pin low because of color.

@rustydanielle101 My firnd has a clydesdale too! Romeo was amazing for me, now my friend does amazing with him in the 2.6 while i got the JOB OF TRAINING BABIES. lol. its not so bad. Romeo loves doing his job, even at 18 now.

Ok that one guy in this movie i don't know his name in the movie or in reall life. But tht guy that Kay panabaker ran her bike into at that shop. He is from Heartland His name is Jesse in Heartland but he was only in one episode the very first episode and that was it. Amy and him dated then she broke up with him and that was that he was gone and never came back into the show.

this movie sucked! i mean, for anyone who actually RIDES horses, it was hilarious. you can't ride in a show and place really well after only riding for a month! and judges don't care what kind of horse you're riding, as long as you are riding safely and correctly. and the colic treatment in it was very off, and the way checkers acted in the beginning was hilariously unrealistic. but if you don't know anything--and i mean ANYTHING-- about horses, then you might like it.

This is a great movie but I hate how it applies that Paints are not judged fairly at hunter shows. I work at hunter shows, and some of the best, at well placed horses are Paints.

I have also won many shows with a Paint gelding before he was sold.

I own a beautiful seven year-old selle francais who is a pinto. He's got ace conformation, and I can't win with him in the hunter ring because he's two different colours. There is colour bias. Good thing I'm not a hunter anymore. :D

Horsey-people aren't THAT mean to paints...hey, some kick ass! It all depends on the horse, not the breed. I hate movies that characterize horses like that.

I agree with this comment. I show a half Percheron/half Paint and while he's not judged very well at hunter shows merely because of how he moves and the way he picks up his feet. Breed has nothing to do with the judging.

I really wanted to see this, but I have yet to, for lack of finding it.
