You misunderstand the idea of a scientific theory here.
All science is inductive and comes with a "statement of error". However evidence is a very established theory backed by tons of evidence. The objections to it are religious not scientific.

Including the tests done by Berkley University (paid for by another organization I might add)that shows the amount of helium remaining in rock strata is much much higher than what it should be and would have dissipated to almost nothing, yet there's enough to support a 10,000 year old earth. There are several sides to measuring the Earth's age, most science uses the methods that return the oldest numbers.

I always watch such things with an open mind but lets say said test was wrong. You'd have to invalidate several other tests. Also, you probably have to consider that if the dating was wrong, it probably won't turn millions of years into thousands.
You have to understand how science works and what checks are required for a theory like evolution or relativity to be established.

Evolution is not a deep philosopical thing, its a scientific theory.
The deep philosophical thing would be the underlying assumptions of the scientific method taught in any university course on philosophy.
Imagine a cookie jar missing half the cookies, a kid and a husband.
The scientific method would be unlikely to do much with the kids hypothesis that the cookies "just disappeared" by a miracle. Its "possible" but science can't handle miracles. It looks for "natural explanations".

If there is evidence to support and thus prove a theory than it ceases to be a theory. The last time I checked evolution is still a theory and should not be the only one taught in schools.

The problem with welfare is that its a hole; i.e., it doesn't help people to help themselves.
Education would be along the lines of a potentially good social program. First, it requires work on the part of the benificiary and can teach him/her to do something to get a job.
Things don't have to be black and white. Obviously too much taxes are bad; but too little social programs can be bad too.

All science is inductive and comes with a "statement of error". However evidence is a very established theory backed by tons of evidence. The objections to it are religious not scientific.

Including the tests done by Berkley University (paid for by another organization I might add)that shows the amount of helium remaining in rock strata is much much higher than what it should be and would have dissipated to almost nothing, yet there's enough to support a 10,000 year old earth. There are several sides to measuring the Earth's age, most science uses the methods that return the oldest numbers.

I always watch such things with an open mind but lets say said test was wrong. You'd have to invalidate several other tests. Also, you probably have to consider that if the dating was wrong, it probably won't turn millions of years into thousands.
You have to understand how science works and what checks are required for a theory like evolution or relativity to be established.

Evolution is not a deep philosopical thing, its a scientific theory.
The deep philosophical thing would be the underlying assumptions of the scientific method taught in any university course on philosophy.
Imagine a cookie jar missing half the cookies, a kid and a husband.
The scientific method would be unlikely to do much with the kids hypothesis that the cookies "just disappeared" by a miracle. Its "possible" but science can't handle miracles. It looks for "natural explanations".

Creationism assumes a supernatural act occurred. As such, its by definition not a scientific theory. While its logically "possible" that creationism is right, you can't prove the supernatural using science by definition.
Science explains things based on recurring natural explanations and God's will is not one of the things is can deal with. We can observe natural selection in action. We can observe inheritance and mutuation.

Fantastic video. It is truly shocking that it has even come to this. Throughout my life, some of the best moms I have known were black, single moms. It's heartbreaking to see these kids take advantage of their moms, maybe working two or three jobs, for THEM. Yes, they need their dads, but that's not always realistic. So what is?

I might actually partly agree with this. Having good parenting does make a difference I think. Having a good education and a safe environment helps too.
