I see no evidence of a UFO here...this appears like simply a plastic bag falling down.
The claim that it was hovering for X amount of time is just a claim. but what I see on this video is pretty unremarkable.
Doesnt mean it isnt a UFO mind you, and the guy may have seen it hovering for ages before breaking the camera out and filming it, just unfortunately when the film started, it reacted like just a falling bag.
I wanna believe, but wanting and needing are not the same.
i saw something like this in tne late 90s toledo ohio, it was smoking and rotating, It fell slowly I called the fire dept asked about a plane crash or debris, they had no idea what I was talking about

just some stuff fall down from a sky..
maybe kite/weather ballon,rocket from Nasa or some sort
