I'm not a big fan of Twilight, and I haven't hopped on the Pattinson fan girl bandwagon (thank god). But this film actually looks pretty good. Although it does look like it might have the classic 'good looking guy has a crisis then meets good looking girl with whom he can share his troubles and work hard to be a better person to be with good looking girl' story line. The characters look interesting.

I'm very much in love with this film, it's very mellow with short bursts of chaos almost. It has a beautiful score and the photography is absolutely stunning. And Robert is absolutely brilliant, his American is close to flawless and he makes the character feel very real and easy to relate to. Of course it's not really a stretch for him to play this sort of character but I think it might even be harder playing a character so close to you without making him yourself.

This is definitely the best I've seen Robert. Such an incredible performance and overall a great film, Emilie De Ravin is brilliant also and a very surprising end. Definitely the best 'drama' of this year and dare I say, in many years. I'm not big on dramas but this is wonderful.

I thought the movie was absoletly great...Rob and Emile are so fresh. I hope they will play another movie together. Rob talkes about his insicurities, I think it was those insicurities that made this movie so great and him in this role so perfect. I really love this movie and the second time I watched it (the first was a bad bootleg) was better, and better...You have to watch it again if you didn't like it the first time!
