  • @09map age doesn't matter, it's more about weight and height. but like he said, do as many as you can the first time, then do the same amount each set. just make sure their properly done. just play around with it. everybody is slightly different.

    you can use pre workout it help creatine is pretty good for the muscle recover. hmmm Zinc help for the testosterone (don't take tribulus pre scam) zinc is really good u take 50-75 mg ed and it's perfect.personally i use sleed aid because i can't get a good sleep night

  • You want something good, put a resistance cord on the curl bar and of course step on it with both feet. Then do that curl bar bicep workout, now that kicks your ass. Put the resistance cord handles inside of the weights, put it on first then put your weights on, don't try it on the outside of the weights. Inside only.

    So which part do i have to workout first?

    As if i do my back workout first i can't concentrate 100% on my Bicep as my target is to get Bigger ARMS.. =)

    So do i have to workout my Back exercise or my Bicep exercise in order to gain my target?

  • @slmn8787 The best way to build biceps without weights is chin ups. Get a bar and lift yourself up with your hands. Palms facing you. That is a good bicep exercise, do it slow and controlled and get three sets going. Otherwise, there isn't much other than weights. Push ups are mainly triceps.

  • @WOLMAN00 if you tense correctly during the workout you will feel a gentle sting on your triceps!! if you do not feel this then your doing it wrong, its the same principal using string operated machines or free weights/bars, and your correct with the forearm but i did not state otherwise.

  • @MrTheOblivion Without proper form, it's pointless. Practice your form until it's perfect, then increase the weight. Make sure your form is still immaculate. If it starts getting worse again, lower the weight and practice more
