Put the resistance cord handles inside of the weights, put it on first then put your weights on, don't try it on the outside of the weights. Inside only.

ive been doing the first workout for about 3 weeks now, i recently added iit to my arms day, and people at work have been noticeing a big difference, and the second workout looks fun, iim defintly adding that one in this week, and the third one i have been doiing for the last 3 weeks, and it gives me a nice pump
