You have some knowledge, but to say that southern artists are not lyrical is juss kind of ignorant. If you're sayin' that Young Jeezy is lyrically better than T.I., then there's somethin' wrong. Either Jeezy put out really solid albums and hard mixtapes, or I'm juss not gettin' it. This song here is by far one of T.I.'s better lyrical work with a positive message too.
