I got the exact same truck as you, I was just wondering about a couple thing. What does it get for mileage and how does it handle on the road. Mine gets about 10-15 miles per gallon and wanders a bit .

My dad had an '89 RAM100 with a 8" SuperLift and 38" Buckshots under it. It was the best truck I've ever known of. He sold it about 5 years ago, I WILL FIND THAT TRUCK AND BUY IT!!!

Bronco will kill ramcharger, lol thats the biggest load of bullshit ive ever heard in my life. I have a 360 86 ramcharger, and i put it in 4wd vs my buddies 4wd diesel bronco. i pulled that thing all over his yard.

nice Ram brother. Our's is a 90 but its a cummins. It was my grandfather's truck for 20 years and now its my mom's. She still runs like the day she was bought. DODGE all the way!!!!

power ram is a pickup, and ram charger is the SUV version (like a ford bronco)

there might be an emissions sticker under the hood somewhere, i don't remember if mine has it, but that sticker would say whether it has a 318 or 360

I wouldn't be so sure, they do make 250's with 318's and they make 150's with 360's..but its a good assumption..those are usually options.

check the carb if it is a two barrel then chances are it is a 318 4 it is a 360 only police intercepter 318s came with a 4 barrel

if it has fuel injection itll probably have more or larger injectors.

fuel injection rules over carbs.

sometimes, yes. If it has fuel injection, and its an LA block, it should have TBI or throttle body injection. with these it is impossible to tell the difference in size of the injectors from the outside.(if there even is a difference) there will only be 2 injectors unless its a Magnum engine.

actualy the 318 still came with a 2 barrel intake the throttal body looks big but is still a 2 barrel looks like four

i guess a fuel pump for a 360 would have more velocity if it has the same injectors and throttle body.

i just dont like carbs because they need to be rebuilt every several thousand miles

but carbs can be tuned and fuel injection is set by a computer

yeah, i wish they were four barrel, that'd be sweet, as far as i know all the TBI systems for dodge are 2barrel except for the 4cyl. even on mags.

its a combination of the two, the timing was off a bit, and it does have a slightly larger cam

i have an 89 D100 with the 318...im doing the exhaust on it right now...headers with an x pipe and 2 flowmaster 40s...ill get a vid up soon
