yep exactly it's a lymphatic drainage massage,i can't translate but you can do just as you see. ;p

Would anyone translate this for me? I do this a lot just because it's relaxing, but does is it actually beneficial? What will doing this do for me? Or am I pretentious to ask? I just found it relaxing, and wondered if there was any other use for it besides that.

@CiCixCherie I am not sure what the first position is but the rest is to promote lymphatic flow. Google lymphatic system for more info. i do similar massages usually daily but not this many of them hehe
