EVERY KING THOUGHT HE WOULD LAST FOREVER AND HE IS THE GREATEST AND HE IS THE KING LOARD UNTIL DEATH TOOK HIM OVER AND HE REALIZED THRE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE BETTER THEN HIM WHO GIVES LIFE AND TAKES AWAY LIFE BUT HE NEVER REALIZED AND NEVER THOUGHT ONCE WHEN HE WAS ALIVE
Read the History :« Again the representations of the early Puntites, or Somali people, on the Egyptian monuments, show striking resemblances to the Egyptians themselves. » By Brian Brown New York:[1923]
According to the historian Richard Pankhurst :"The Egyptians sometimes called Punt land Ta-Netjeru, meaning "Land of the Gods," and considered it their place of origin ." (Richard Pankhurst, The Ethiopian Borderlands:)
Well egypt had many invasions but jus a few of devastating proportions that being the assyrians, the persians, the the greeks, then the romans, then the turks. The sea people would have had to been the greeks. Take note as to how none of these could expand in to the upper nile kus the kushites smashed they bitch aSses that and the scolding sun helped. The kushites historically had the fiercest armies egyptiaNs loved their cousins!
I am really angry that this documentary does not make clear that there were two more great Pharaohs of the New Kingdom that came AFTER Ramses II - they being his son, Pharaoh Merneptah and Pharaoh Ramses III. They both smashed Libyan and Sea Peoples attacks on Egypt !!! It should be noted that one of the Sea People tribes that Ramses III defeated were the PHILISTINES !!! In my opinion, Ramses III was the Winston Churchill of ancient Egypt !
@D0Work2: Ramesses used the advanced knowledge of mathematics that Egyptians had. Since Ramesses knew the average lifespan was 35 years, he had four 20-year old noble men killed. That is a total savings of 60 years from the average life span for the four noble-men. So, Ramesses' own life was extended by about 60 years beyond the average, because if you consider the five of them (the four noblemen and Ramesses), the average life span still remained about 35 years.
@elioconroy They were pirates from nations of Turkey, Syria and Cannan on the move, armed and aggressive. They also included women and kids looking for lands to settle. They even took out the Hittite Empire!

@NECHOII I agree, those two should've been mentioned in this documentary, especially Ramses III! He's one of my heroes.
