  • The military should be sent to round up those Ohio police before they go on another murder rampage.

  • No U.S.D.A. License since 1999. Convicted of neglect and animal cruelty. Trusted with nearly extinct Bengal tigers.

  • People have gone mad!!! Animals are important but human life is the most precious life on earth!!!! What is wrong with people?!? When it comes to animals or innocent people...the choice should always be people...DUH!

  • @fenshe75 the public were threatened by redneck Ohio police with guns roaming the streets at night, shooting anything they see, when you wound an animal it becomes enraged, naturally. When you tranquilize them which they are expert at doing in more civilized places than the US like Africa, even when you miss they instantly become spinny and therefore just run or lie down. Ohio police are all criminals, btw, they would gun down children if they thought they could get away with it.

  • @PanzerBlitz43 ...thanks for the comment that does put light on the subject. My response was to people who felt that no matter what, the animals should be transquilized. I feel for animals like the next but to me human life is much more important than animal life. However, I understand how you feel too.

  • How easy it is to forget that while we are at the top of the food chain we are still a part of it. Here is a Philisophical question to ponder. Do we have more of a right to live than these animals? We say well hunters you can kill 6 deer each this year because they are overpopulated. When in reality we are the ones overpopulaing the earth and builing new roads (Northpoint for example) and encroahing on the wild animal's land. That is one reason so many animals are endangered.

  • @princessangela79 Your saying we shouldn't interfere with animals needs. Yet your forgetting we as humans will always have one want that has become almost a need... the need to expand human overpopulation isn't something new you know what they use to do in China in order to survive we must expand it's just life even if animal go extinct.

  • @princessangela79 You understand those empty place will be used in the near future. Bought by some major company or something. :P Honestly I don't care that much for animals. I leave them alone they leave me alone end of story. That's not that case though. Here the animals can actually kill people. We are animals as well and we will protect our own even if it involves death, if it comes to that. We have our ways and they have their ways. In this situation I say, "Do what you must."

  • I agree with timtilley 100% Shooting at them only made them scared, and scattered them more sending them into our neighborhoods. I know a handler of these animals and they were not bloodthrursty that being said after a few days or weeks with no food even a human will resort to their id, become desparate for food and do what they have to do to survive rememer the looting during Katrina? But was it ok to shoot people trying to survive. We forgot we are part of the food chain nessisary for life.

  • Notice that every question directed at Jack Hanna, in this whole two part interview Jack has to look at the sherif for approval and ask is that right unless it was a general question about what an animal MAY do. Because he was NOT allowed anywhere near the situation he was there to put on a nice show for the county. They used him as a puppet. THis man should have been telling them what to do he is the expert but he was told to stay off the property and still no one is allowed up there to help

  • I wouldn't want any living thing to be harmed. But please, a lot people giving their comments here are probably living in caves... the animals were not as much of a threat??!? What... really? Yah, maybe you're right... let's just wait, and see what happens! Maybe human would not be affected at all... or maybe not! It's easy for you to say, but you see it's their responsibility to answer to the city if anything bad happens.

  • RIP Terry T

  • I don't think that those animals were as much of a threat as they made them out to be, shame on them for killing them when not a single human was injured prior to them being needlessly killed when tranquilizers were an option.
