FLCL! Google it. I saw this on cartoon Network in 2000/2001. And yes, it skirts the edge of soft porn in spots. Nicely featured here I might add. There's only 6 episodes about an alien girl and a confused (rightfuly so) earth boy. It took me about 3 times through to get the plot 'cause it's produced like one big twisted montage. Japanese sites will list it as Furi Kuri.
