Nice job with the graphics, this video comes close to a good explanation of how a pickup works. To be honest, it didn't quite cut it for me, because I'm looking for a more accurate representation of the magnetic flux and how the vibrating string influences it. I guess that wasn't your scope here though, so I'm really just bitching for no good reason. Oh, and the dude with the guitar looks totally hetero to me, or bisexual at most ;)
Nothing negative, but if you have the time/money for that kind of animation, One might think that you could use words or some kind of clear method of explaining this. Also, I like the fact that it shows High E being played, but you hear the exact opposite.
@OptimusPrime712 True. This was a simple school assignment actually, I didn't spend that much time on it. Words were not allowed. I know about the high E, I could only find a low E, and it doesn't really matter for the animation.
