  • Amazing. <3

  • its iraq up in here

  • perfect

  • vanity of vanities

  • I find it ironic that whilst they sing about pretensions within society the older girl has obviously had her nose and eyebrows rejigged. In light of this perhaps the song should be renamed "hypocrisies".

  • @fewoifhiu3hfklew I find it extremely ironic that you are making a pretentious Annoying edgy arguments with lack of attention. The song is singing about YOU and those who are like you. Whatever does "Rejigging" (whatever that is) have to do with anything, if it is even a true point? Silly fool. I think the band is great, the song is great, the video is great.

  • @geoffrey8080 I find it ironic that whilst they sing about pretensions within society the older girl has obviously had her nose and eyebrows rejigged. In light of this perhaps the song should be renamed "hypocrisies".

  • dirty dirty girls tiny[.]cc/fisting17

  • They wear Ottoman Turkish clother.Mohteşem :)

  • @lyoizisi qajar period

  • @lyoizisi : Nope, this is actually Iranian cloth which wemon used to wear at the time of Safavi and Qajar dynasty. But, I won't be suprised to know that Ottomonal Turkish cloths were similare. there are many similarities between the two culture, as well as differences.

  • @Hooriran ofcourse we are the sons of the same geography and religion/culture ! by the way Qaajars and Safavids were TURKoman tribes not Persian so; this clothes are Oghuz Turkic costume not Iranian :)

  • @lyoizisi: There were many non-Persian dynasties Iran,& there are many non-Persian ethnics there too (Kurd, Azeri, Lor, Balouch, Turkaman, Gilac, Assyrian, Gazak, and the list goes on...). The word "Persia" & "Persian" lost its "ethnic" meaning milleniums ago. Rather, both "Persian"& "Iranian" refer to an identity & culture which is developed by many ethnics & tribes together, Persians were only part of which. This is why all dynasties, Persian or not, kept the name either Persia, Aryan or Iran

  • Hrizouane1, Vous vous y sentez agressé?

Votre totale incompréhension de l'oeuvre semble évident. Veuillez nous préserver de

    vos remarques peu obligeants.

  • what a refreshing change. I think they are talking about iranian abroad.

  • Eat shit mustflyhigher- you don't know what class is! Your idea of class is watching Spice Girls. You are in the wrong site for that sort of shit! Posho koso koneto jamkon.

  • :)) what the fucking ever

  • Seems like you need a lesson on what constitutes classiness and not. I don't suppose you can understand much of this either can you?

  • what the hell r u talking about ? he think this music video is low class ! so what ? nazare khodeshe and comments r 4 that by d way birabtam nemige lol, dar zemn oo behesh javab dade ( koso koneto jamkon.) in yani chi ake ?

  • great job SIsterzz..that was fuuun

  • very new!

    i suprized really!

    vaghean ghashang bood!

    new style!

    goooooooooood

  • ill skip the whole history debate

music wise this is some "pizza ghormesabzi"

  • Great work. Real and different. WE do culturally many issues including Eddeaa and multi face. Good to reflect that in this song/video.

  • Iranium, fortunately(or unfortunately)your male-chauvinistic language is enough confirmation for the type of culture you come from. This is a great manifestation of your own background. The one you so arrogantly shit on.

    Naze naffase Abjees

  • Naze nafaseh Abjees indeed.

Dont know why don't people just enjoy the music instead of feebly attemptin to make political points!

This song is anything but anti-Iranian. In fact it makes me proud of being Irooni.

Darzemn, my dad used to have a peykanjavanan. A purple one too. The best peykaan ever :)

  • i love this song. it makes me wanna dance. :)

  • clumsy!!

  • Pretty cool. I have a few Persians in my family. I don't think they would like this but I do.

  • Respect! I had no idea that Iranians had such a cool SKA band! Any tours soon?!!

  • WOW!!! Best Persian/Iranian music-video EVER!

I am sooooooooooooo.. PROUD OF ABJEEZ!!!

    Go girls!!

  • What a fantastic sound.

  • Zakzaloo,

I haven't seen your comment so I am not sure what exactly ur on about. However, if ur referring to biharry's comment then plz read mine again carefully- it is meant as a parody of Fox News and not its reflection.

Eitherway, biharry's comment is very intelligent and I am sure he/she would see the irony of my point.

Plz don't feel offended as I believe we are on the same boat.

  • I see, no problem. However, if you press on "View all comments" then you'll see why "biharry" made this comment. Take care

  • Haha, I see. That 'View All comment' button thingy should have been clicked earlier!

At least we passed the maturity test with flying colours :-)

    Good luck and Safat.

  • I love this music! Thank you!

  • selam aleykum from argentina

i do not understand anything but i loved this song

  • wow,

  • My earlier comment was in response to ur comment alluding to abandonment of Persianness.

    Never mind.

Actually, I kinda agree with ur point of view in general.

But I must say there was no need to get personal with me. That last sentence was really hurtful. I don't feel good about myself now. Hope ur happy!

    What can I do?

Hang on- I know- I am italiano -- what the hell- who cares. I just go and stuff my face with CALAMARI.

    BTW Eshghi:

Farsi e man harf nadareh- Debsheh Deb-sheh :-)

  • I think we're both on the same boat. HUGS and Kisses.

Abjeez Rule and long live humanity.

  • Amen

  • This is the most intuitive and creative Persian hip music I've ever seen. Congratulations and keep up the good work :)

  • WOW, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, this is defiantly the best Iranian music video I have ever seen.

  • Turning point for persian music! Good job! ;)

  • I'd like to dedicate this song to Iranians who now wear religious crosses; tacky Zoroastrian symbols or support names attached to golden crowns for government! Insecurities are fun to watch in a materialistic world. "You can fool some people sometimes ... but you're fooling yourself all the time" :O)

  • Dear Shaftaaloo,

You may have a teneous point somewhere in your comment, howeve, I fail to see 'what fart has to do with forehead'!

Wearing Crosses is tacky and even our Armenians and Assurians hardly bother. However, Zoroastrianism is pure Iranian/Persian and precedes your Islam by 3 millennia!

I am a Moslem myself but Zoroaster remains in my heart regardless.

    Pendareh Neek

    Goftareh Neek

    Raftareh Neek

  • Enough of Empty "Eddeaa." Stop reaching for past and move on forward. Persian? Who is pure Persian anymore(and so what?)and what about the rest of non-Perrrsians in Iran? They didn't move there last year. How far can you trace your family tree?! 1400 years of yaa-Hussein or 2500 years of Cyrus sombol-talla...get over it.Look at today and dump your excessive baggage to catch up. Nationalism is blindness and different shape of extremism.Time to Evolve.

  • Ships That Pass in the Night!

    Okay- you must be right.

From today- we will all throw away Persian traditions of hospitality, compassion and the sense of justice.

We will dump- Zereshkpolo, ghoremeh sabzi and Kookoo and instead have KFC everyday-

And Happy meal for special occasions.

We will ditch Omar Khayam, Ferdossi and Rumi and instead listen to what Paris Hilton has to say.

Having a sense of proportion is sometimes not a bad thing Jeegar!

  • Na KooKoojoon, apparently you're Persian's not that great and you didn't get the lyrics to this song.Or got it too well!Like you said earlier, goozchebe Omar Khayaam or KFC?This song makes fun of insecure Iroonis who convert to Christianity or Zartoshti. If given the chance they're Italian notIrooni. They'd love to distance themselves from who they really are today by reaching for past. That's what this song is all about. If the song troubles you, it's because it's true and it's about you.

  • I think it is important that every human learns from his past( Our capability to refere to the past and what has happened earlier, differs us from other animals).

I see it as a rebellion symbol against, the establishment of iran today.

I am not religous or anything. But I think the part of our culture that is influenced by zoroastrism and pre-islamic iran, is much more beauriful than the part of culture that is influenced by Islam.

  • Gooz che be shagheeghe baradar? Get over your insecurities and stop living in the past. Look ahead and join the rest of the modern world (East and West). You have no other choice! What's next ... back to "khateh meekhi"?!

  • Nice beats..:))

  • very very amazing and unique music. New Break in Persian Music. Looking forward to more concerts in USA

  • NANEH ROSAREET KOJAST!!!

  • You are one of a kind Abjeez! We will be many more at the next concert. PEACE!

  • love you abjeez!

  • Keep it up Abjeez. stay political, FUCK the love and romance shit that we been hearing for decades from Persian singers!

STAY POLITICAL, dont be blinded by the American lies. Freedom will come to us in Iran one day, for that we dont need not foreign intervention!!

  • Man Abjee koochikaro mikhaaaaaaaaam! :D

  • Tuviya2007, is an Ezreali bi-polar, goes around creats different account. His problem? He lives in Canada, Run away from Ezreal and does not want to pay tax to Ezreal do not want to join in military and told Canadian Gov. He wants peace and can't go back. But in Canada he pretends to be pro right and hates Muslims. On the other hand his Gov. sales arsenal to Iran ... go figure.

  • End of Iran(mother of terror is very near.

  • You are insignificant! Boro bemir. ha! ha!

  • ABJEEEZ Rock... Vaghean kheeyli kareshoon aliyeh..!!

    Zendeh baad :D

  • I am Proud of my Persian Sisters! (Shame on Prophet Mohammed!)

  • fucking turkey turkey was form iran fucking beach's

  • Iran is a third world shit country,u ppl are shit on the face of humanity.

  • Ezraeeeel is zoo! and you are a monkey. LOL!

  • Good stuff ... great video n lyrics ... good luck!

  • Good lyrics, true and funny! Although, as an Iranian I love us as we are, dynamic, constantly changing yet static and dogmatic, religious and spiritual yet materialistic and atheist, old and traditional yet modern, friendly and passionate yet hate and switch back easily. Logical and wise yet emotional and irrational. Love it or loath it we are who we are, exciting and wouldn't want it any other way.

  • So you Iranians are all that... In other words, humane... ?

  • No, we wish to make Nukes and destroy the world!

You see, no one in Tehran is aware of the fact that Israel can already vaporize the Middle East 10 times over with its arsenal of 400 nukes. So Mahmoud thought we get our hands on a dirty bomb, drop it on the so calld Zionists and then run very quickly somewhere hoping that no one saw us :-)

  • Hamechikoloft- My comment was about the way sometimes we criticize ourselves, the Iranian people. Why do you have to say something nasty like that? I can't see the connection between this, Iranian people and Israel? Stop relaying fox news propaganda whoever or whatever you are.

  • Biharry- absolutely

  • Muslim or not , this is persian stuff , traditional persian clothing etc.

really nothing to do with islam or arabs.

  • This is great stuff!! Are these guys muslims?!! It was about time some good s.. come from there. Is this like Iranian or arabic?!! You should come to Germany man, people will love your music! Modern SKA is COOL!!

Keep up the good work guys!

  • Great video and music! Thank you!

  • The lyric is the best explanation of Iranians culture. Inhsa Allah the one ones who are proud of Iranian FARHANG listen to this song. This song is an inspiration.... Keep up with your Excellent work.

  • wow! you guys ROCK! I love the lyrics and the set up. I just bought your album

  • thevoice of new generation, i can see all the old school thathave been listening to crap out of los angeles are all pissing in their pants cause they can't hear the words or whatever. this is SKA man if you don't get it it is not for you go back to your Ebi. I'll be honest the rest of the songs didn't blow me away but this is really good innovative and the video is way cool and fresh. abjeez i'm ur kako!!

  • Very original and entertaining!

  • fantastic... a huge break from the same old god damn music coming from LA

  • HAHAHA EXACTLY!!

  • Understand every word. But this is not for me. No music, no humour nothing.... Heife bandwidth.

  • i understood every word, wat dont u guys understand?

  • vali khob grim kardana

  • its a crack of shitttttttttttttttttttttt !!! i have spoken Persian for 20 years but i dont understand what they mean even one word!!!!!

  • Ur problem is that u don't understand the base they are talking about! ur problem is not in understanding the language, your problem is in understanding the concept. For example not everybody can not understand Shahname very well, it doesn't mean they dont know Persian. it is lake of knowledge on specific matter.

  • first of all LACK of knowledge , not lake of knowledge )))), second of all i bet i can read and understand shahname much better than you , but anyway i hate thos band, so i should not comment about them , sorry , go ahead , you are right, i am wrong

  • wow!!! such an important fact u mentioned here!!!

knowledge not knowladge not nowledge!!!! interesting!

BTW what does it have to do with Abjeez?

  • Hey I can say it is good for the most part .. but I really think that they should drop the solo parts because their voices are not that good ...

  • A youthful and honest approach to criticizing the elders and the culture they cultivate, makes not only for an amazingly entertaining song, but it moves beyond and echos what must be the voice of the immigrated second generation Iranians! This is truely fantastic! Congradulations.

  • Fogholade chert

  • You are briliant in this work. Keep it up sister! Love you.

  • @ Sonofseabass,

ghajar do not deserve respect! bunch of pevert and meniac Kings, which gave away big part of Iran to the Russian

  • I love this video...don't understand a word...but it "speaks" to me. Very cool!

  • I loved these gals, They're funny. Although the music and lyrics sound weired at first but it kinda grows on you. Besides the ghadjar style short skirts shows how stylish Iranian women were 150 years ago,JK. Also loved the sound effect at 03:33.

  • Very Nice, I love it. It's reminds me of the Gipsy's and the Video quality is awesome. Unlike other cheesy Persian video's , very creative and fun. Thanks for doing something different at last.

  • At last something innovative came out of Iran's music! This is a 1st class band.

  • there songs are ok its kinda like regaee farsi

  • The Abjeez will be performing at D.C.'s Eyebar on April 26, at NYU's Kimmel Center on April 28, with a final act on May 4 at San Francisco's Great American Music Hall.

  • That's great - I love the ska thing you got going on, and the overtones of Frida Kahlo in the imagery. I really, really like this - you guys look like you're having fun with your music, and that is infectious. Nice. :)

  • I guess it's rather "overtones" of Ghajar epoch women than Frida Kahlo, but it's interesting you saw Frida Kahlo in it: I've never thought that she looks like a Ghajar woman, yet she actually does!

  • Love your music and energy. Keep it up.

  • repeated but catchy beat

  • interesting lyrics & nice beat

  • realy good, wow

  • Great job Abjeez. Love evrything about you and want more :-)

  • i love this

  • i just heard your music on vov/persia channel.mom keeps watching that channel, but actually i dun understand that farsi language good.whatever and i loved the music and all.(mom translated the lyrics for me :P lol) pretty cool...keep it up !!
