Fineco! Reclamo - perche' tenere questo conto corrente, con tutti questi problemi?
- sbagliano ad indicare i "codici invito" forse perche' non sanno scrivere? oppure perche' devono cambiare i computer?
- se mandi un email all' customer care rispondono con email che non risponde alle domande
- l' helpdesk risponde anche fino a 1 mese dalla data della richiesta
- l' ufficio reclami risponde da 2 a 3 mesi ( si 90 giorni)
- se telefoni all'helpdesk (call center) NON SANNO MAI NIENTE
