@foellerd ...my 3rd gen brother! I got an 89 and i would love te same but its so old and not really worth that much to drop into. I just want sweet sound.
@rudelude420 Forget about all that crap you just typed out and either sell your sportshift and buy a 5 speed or do the 5 speed swap. Your sportshift 5th gen will poop it's pants when you slap a turbo on it trust me.
hey man, where do you buy these parts, ive been looking around and cant seem to find internals for my h22, all i can find are just little turbo kits, but i want to run mine like yours so i was wondering where you got all your parts
actually, the block is AEBS t-sleeved, cost about a grand give or take. besides the machine work, i did all the work myself and saved tons of cash. total tho...still spent around 8g's, a lil more

That's raw, brother. I just bought a 99 Prelude sportshift base, was looking to add the most power output on a budget..
I was thinking, stage 1, Jet ECU, Plasma Booster, good spark plugs, air intake, and Flowmaster 66 exhaust to start it out.
Stage 2, maybe a T22 Garrett turbo kit with Type S blow-off valve, and a Field VTEC controller and boost guages.
I would 'ppreciate any pointers from anyone who has ideas for inexpensive, but noticable power gains. Thanks, Rock on rockin' ya'll.

420, u gotta plan on sleeving the H block first. then from there, u got sooooooo many choices on parts and set up. compression ratio, bore size, etc.
