Other posts quote a book about Wilhelm Reich as inspiration for this song, as well as Kate Bush's Cloudbusting. That's as maybe, but listen to the guitar's bizarre bird sounds as Patti sings "I am not human" and the incredible "Mohammed Boxer - take me up"" crescendo - that's all Patti and her fabulous band. What a song - what a musical trip!

@chrisharro That is true. Patti told me herself. This, and Kate Bush's Cloudbursting are based on "A Book of Dreams" by Peter Reich, the son of Wilhelm Reich.
