The reason for the noise while he is chanting and stuff is that in this country if there is no noise or cheers it's a sign that no one is interested, sort of meaning the audience is bored. That's why there is constant noise throughout the whole of both gigs. It's everyone just showing they are having a great time. Here it would be more disrespectful not to do that.
