Aww, I feel so sorry for Genesis - that degrading must have been really hurting him - and not just physically, either. He knew he was turning into a monster and that idea must have tormented him endlessly, and he was driven to insane lengths to prevent it. No matter how selfish or cruel the method was, he used it, and that really must show how desperate he was. I think this scene demonstrates just what kind of pain he was going through, in the end. He's not the most clear cut villain, either.

If he uses Black Flurry, use a remedy ASAP. In fact, make sure to stock up on your remedies (I bought 25 of them) before you fight him, makes the battle easier. Also Genesis will concentrate on sword combos. These are easily dodged or blocked, but dodging works best. Keep attacking as much as possible and you should be able to defeat him.

Also, get a phoenix down. Second chances are good to have in this battle. Good luck.

Genesis is voulnerable in the back (but so is every other enemy) but intends to keep it protected. The best way to get behind him is to attack his front first then quickly run behind him and let him have it.

As for the video, this scene is interesting. He thinks the JENOVA cells are the gift of the goddess. It's very interesting. Also, did anyone else notice the wing-hole in Genesis shoulder-blade? Kinda creepy, no? Haha. I notice things too well. Also, can anyone tell me if Hollander ever worked with Hojo? I think I remember reading that somewhere, but I just can't remember.
