don't get me wrong, because you both have good voices....but don't use your chest voice when singing this kind of music.... you sound like you've both had vocal lessons... I had 5 years of classical lessons.... and then started playing this style of music.... and trust me... it took me about 5 more years to UNlearn how to sing....
chest voice = opera/broadway head (neck) voice = rock.
